something that works for me is to assign a special spot of any certain task that i would sit in only to complete the assigned task. it practically have been holding my life together
true freishia ...CHUMHA from my side for bounding so many to confront the truth....i always had this thought....am I the only one lying in my couch watching movie but thinking about work am ignoring and experiencing guilt of anticipated result....but now I know....aha...am not only one...its actually quite comforting

Please make a video on how to be a morning person? I have tried many times but not able to make a habit of walking up early till now. Actually the problem is that I have problem in sleeping early

i procrastinate as hell.. i also think that getting things done at the right moment can fetch us time to do things in later time.. and guys!! everyone would love that feeling of being tension free.. but unluckily lucky for me that the researchers she talked about in this video are too damn correct..its true that i get my things done at the end of the moment n get my ass saved each n every fuckin time.. i think its pretty awesome but with an awkward guilt feeling bcz whenever we rush ourselves mentally or physically, after getting the whatsoever task done we realize that we should've done this before the very moment or deadline..
Being a procrastinator now the question is that WHO CARES?! i'm getting my work done more efficiently.. so why not be jus like this??
BUT YEAH!! i do admit that procrastinating is a bad habit just bcz of that guilt i talked about. Most of the people have same thoughts regarding this issue.. and they are confused as hell like the way i am while writin this comment.. lol
I think u read my mind :P:P lucky that u got saved many times but seriously I fucked up many times and that left a very bad image of my self on others and I had to face very bad situations... I'm trying to come out of this and its working well so far but slowly...

I am a procrastinater, but i do enjoy the struggles at times and each time i am under pressure to finish somthing i end up finishing somtimes but always in a differet manner....like once i challenged my sis to finish stufying 5 pahes before her.....another time i just changed the method by using the tiles as a whiteboard to practice sums on.....!......it's funny what procrastination can make you do
