Yes upper body as well! I recommend an exercise like band resistance push ups or maybe bench press with some chains where you work on exploding up as quickly as possible
No it’s just for mainly speed and strength content! So I’ll still be posting drills and breakdowns and everything I normally do here. It’s just mainly for guys looking to get faster & stronger/bigger
Yessir I recommend the diamond release but add a “peak back move” to it. So you can square him up, then work to the outside and give a little glance inside with your eyes to sell the goaline fade
I’ll mKe a video on this- a lot has to do with safety alignment too. For example if there are no safeties- he’s probably going to play inside shade due to the fact he has no inside help. 2 safeties deep- he’s gonna probably play outside shade if your split is cut down as a WR. I’ll make a video on this, thank you for the feedback!

What was that release called that claypool did on his better route?
I would consider it more so like a hesi cross over release or a hesitation hop release. I’ll do a breakdown on it

Wasnt the 3rd route (5 yard out) more of a split release than a diamond release?
At first it was- then it was more of just like an inside diamond release. I wouldn’t consider it a diamond release
