been watching your fights on street beefs dude you're a beast if you have any tips for someone whos been lifting but wants to get into mma how many times a week do you do your full body workouts in the weight room and how do you balance it with mma training sessions? What would be a good amount of weight room sessions and mma session per week for someone with a fulltime job whos doing this as a hobby and wants to get good?
The most important thing is focus on your MMA sessions get better technically in striking and grappling. I would say get at least three days of strength and conditioning throughout the week. Run in the morning and do yoga at night
