True...its a shame and a real pity but its their loss not hers...the truth always wins...Ideally she should be conferred a Nobel Prize for her contribution to humanity and saving lives through naturopathy...India is the home of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy and she would have been a perfect fit here ....If she was in India we would treasure her and her work would be recognised by the Government of India with the civilian honor Padma Shri Award by the Government of India for her outstanding contribution and knowledge.

I got terrible whiplash in a horrible accident crushed between two cars. My hypothalamus was damaged. Not one doctor knew about the slow death of a dying hypothalamus. I figured it out myself what was wrong with me. I was dying a slow death. Now I sit in the sun everyday and slight sungaze. Virtex for nat hormones. Ashwaganda, chaste tree berry, and more. 5 years I finally got validated from my. New doctor. Hypothalamus damage. Bleeding gums and receding gums. Heart, severe nausea, vision, potassium deficiency. Hospitality twice for 8 bags of potassium. Constipation and so much more horror. Aqueous humor. Take potassium supplements for life. So much more.

Thank you. Perfect timing. I’ve been praying for answers to my fibroids and asked to be shown the right path. I had a mirena coil fitted for heavy bleeding estrogen dominance/ low progesterone. What a beautiful illustration of human health and hormone balance. This talk is perfectly timed, as I have been considering microdosing bioidentical HRT. After almost 20 years on birth control pills and a decade of high stress, my endocrine system was left dysfunctional. But now I can try Wild Yam cream and see if it produces good results. As a natural health clinician, I would prefer that as a treatment.

MANY that participated were ABOVE the normal age of menopausal women, the hormones used were not what is commonly used now, etc..... I do not fully disagree but I understand that several of her points are misguided. PS this is the 1st video that has any information that I've disagreed with or even doubted!! And I watch A LOT💖

Long story, short, DH had an ever-increasing PSA.... various meds over the years.... and ebmnded up with a TURP (actually two in the same year because not enough prostate tissue was removed. UGH. Poor guy had to have a catheter for six months (changed at 4-6 weeks). Would love to hear Miss Barbara's thoughts on alternatives to testosterone--for males especially, but also women.

fixing diet can make huge changes
Cut out the bad things from what you take in.
Aggressively cut out Processed/lab made foods, refined sugars(replace with honey) , seed oils(replace with coconut or olive oils, black seed oil, I think avocado oil as well).
      Cut out pork
      Eat more fruits, beef/chicken, eggs.
Walnut, flax seeds, date fruits are good for you.
Pray to find an authentic doctor that will make the right diagnosis and administer you the right medication.
But you can start with improving your diet.

So I checked out the links in the description below the video and none of them work. I am very interested in the Yoni Egg Set and am wondering about wild yam cream. I was diagnosed with invasive ductile carcinoma breast cancer last August. It was HER2 positive, 10% estrogen positive and progesterone negative. Now that I have found and watched this video, I'm guessing the cancer was likely due to being on HRT for menopause symptoms. My doctor has talked about giving me Tamoxafin but I declined it as the cancer was estrogen positive. I am having so many hot flashes throughout the day and night which not only causes discomfort and embarrassment, but it severely disrupts my sleep. Can I use the wild yam cream? My doctor told me to take Black Cohosh which has helped a little bit, but now you've got me wondering if the yam cream would be ok to try?
Thank you for this video, I signed up for your newsletter and look forward to learning more holistic ways to care for myself and my family. I wish I'd found you and this information years ago, but would like to learn more and move forward from the point where I'm at now.

The yoni sets are available on line for strengthening pelvic floor. The yam cream is mild and needs daily use for up to 2 months before notice a difference. No alcohol, stimulants and believe me bananas are also off the diet. I hope that helps it does pass and we women have been through this for centuries without hrt.
