I’ve promised my self that I’ll workout and work on myself to become the best man I’ve ever seen. Whenever I wake up in the morning and can’t find the motivation to get myself out of bed to full-fill my promise, I’ll turn on one of these videos and be sweating 30 minutes later. In 1 year and 9 months, I have climbed my way up to Assistant Chief. I already have a plan in place to become Chief within the next 2 years. I work harder than anyone, keep your head down, and put in the work. In time, the ultimate reward will be waiting for you.

LOVE IT! With my ADHD, its actually easy for me to work 98 hours last week, 94 hours this week and overall over 90 hours Every week as a Security Officer at 2 full time jobs in Seattle, to build our Beach Hotel in the Philippines! Opens in about 1 more year of hard work and dedication! Anything is possible TEAM! Don't let others get in your way! Have a vision and start that path! It's all apart of the amazing and hard journey! I love the chase for many years for this DREAM! LET'S GO TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ll tell you , the Military has shaped me to be a man that will never quit no matter how hard, cause believe me if you’ve ever been in the military or ever had family you know how mentality taxing and physically taxing it is. We are a different breed of men in a soft boy era , stay hard .
Cus gave Mike a chance to live and Mike gave Cus a reason to keep on living.
So inspirational for workouts . i had spine cancer a year ago and it resulted in permanent nerve damage I lost all function in the heels of my feet but I still fight my body to do squats and weight train and I believe one day maybe this year or the next , I will run again
