I have never been to Colorado! Love all the snow on the Mountain. Honey Whiskey sounds delicious and Ska Brewing 😍 They gotta start distribution up here haha. Historic sites look awesome too. "Physically fit and not afraid of heights" ..... 😂😂 Oh man haha I will probably have to pass that tour but I lived it thru you guys haha. Great video!
Colorado is always fun. Winter or Summer. That Ska Brewery had crazy coconut curry hefeweizen! So good. And that honey whiskey will warm you up! Haha The hiking at the park was cool, but yeah... scary. We had a couple of beers right after!
We love it there. Not just Durango but all the towns in the Four Corners area. It's beautiful. Highly recommend it. :-) Looking forward to your videos guys.
Thanks for this review. I will be doing some housesitting in Durango in a couple of weeks and am super psyched to check it all out. Looks like Mesa Verde is a MUST! Thanks again!
You guys seem like the best exploring traveler buddies! Well produced video. We live in Durango. This is a great video for visitors to get a good impression. Thank you for being kind, I see so many videos that are not king because we aren’t as big as Denver. Thanks, and be careful hiking. The weather changes fast, July and August are the top times of the years for getting caught by weather change. Above 7500 you can see 30° change in a matter of minutes. If you hit the pass , see Ouray too, the most beautiful town in Colorado, and I’ve lived in Vail, crested butte, and aspen.
New Subscriber here. Love this video. We fulltime RV and plan on going to Durango sometime this summer. Looks like there are tons of things to do in the area. We're binge watching the rest of the videos on your channel and absolutely love them. Looking forward to more content!

Hi Elvie! Durango is so beautiful, but there are so many more beautiful cities in Colorado. A lot to choose from. So glad you liked it! Thanks for stopping by!
Good one guys! Loved seeing that honey and the brewery. That ladder looks indeed scary! But if everybody makes it, I guess it's not that dangerous. Train is for sure what we would choose! The views with those snowy mountains, so nice!! Seems you had a great time! See you soon!
Yes, absolutely. It's pretty safe. Just a bit scary if you're afraid of heights, but it was a fantastic experience. It's a very fun state. Thank you for stopping by!
Every spot you went to was beautiful and I love the historical buildings everywhere! I'll take some of the honey and the honey whiskey! The abandoned village looked like a work out but what a cool place!
wow, genial!!!! que padre que viajan para muchos lugares, es lo maximo en la vida, CONOCER, COMER, VAJAR, DISFRUTAR TODO ESO QUE HACEN USTEDES!!!!! Dios con ustedes en cada viaje
Nice video! We were in Durango 2 years ago. We had a great time! The railroad trip, and white water rafting were some of our favorites. Mesa Verde was neat, I just wish we would have done the tour like you. I would highly recommend Durango as a vacation spot. We hope to go again next summer.
Thank you! That means a lot. We don't love the quality (it was shot using an iPhone 4!) but it would've been a waste not to use it. Nabol lovessss the voice-overs. That's his thing. I prefer to edit! haha
Whiskey will keep you warm in that Colorado winter weather lol Colorado is one of my favorite places to visit so far I cannot wait to see you guys explore Arizona
I love this flashback idea!! I traveled around Europe and India before I had my channel. I may have to copy it 😍💖 I'm going to have to check this place out on my next jouney to Colorado.
Went to Durango Christmas of 2010. Absolutely beautiful place!! Went to the Pergatory Ski resort, went snowmobiling, and took kids on the train for The Polar Express experience. Absolutely amazing!!
Another awesome job! Fun and informative. My kids would love riding the steam train and Dad loves Ska Brewing! No way we’re climbing that ladder though!
They would LOVE the train!!! That's actually a pretty cool town to take the entire family or a group of friends. So glad you liked it! Thanks for stopping by!

Yes! We went to the Animas and Ska breweries in other videos. Steamworks was closed last time we were there, but we hope to go there and to Carvers next time. Love the food and beer culture over there. There' so much to love about Durango. :-)
What a beautiful place! Has a very similar vibe from Jasper here in Canada with all those mountains. That tour looks so much fun!! Except for all that scary ladder climbing part lol
Nice! We're going to have to check that out! Any excuse to go to Canada is a good one! That hiking trail was scary for sure, but the overall experience was worth it.
Durango is great during summer or winter. That entire "Four Corners" area is beautiful. You guys would love it. We might do other flashback travel videos :-)
You guys are so awesome! I love how you put this piece together! So informative and the footage was beautiful! I love snow! That ladder would've had me all out of breath plus I'm too chicken because I'm scared of heights.
Hahaha It wasn't an easy decision to do the hike, but it's safe. Just a bit hard to look down. Haha Sorry it took us so long to respond and thanks for stopping by.

Go rafting/tubing on the river. July is the best for rafting-(4 corner's rafting) and August is the best for tubing. Also, a few good restaurants-Durango Bagel, Lone Spur Cafe, Steamworks, Mutu's and YOU GOTTA GO TO ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY: *THE FIRST ONE WAS STARTED HERE*
Really? That's so cool. We actually wanted to go back for the 4th, but we'll need to wait a bit until it's safe to travel again. But looking forward to exploring again. Love this area.
Wow this place is lovely 😍 I didn't know we can do stone skippings with strong currents, that's some skills though! The snowy mountains view is amazing 😍 always love how your videos involves drinks 🍺 😆😍 yeah that climb looks scary! 😯 But the view though 😍😍😍 thanks for the tour guys 😍

I used to live in Durango. I used to like to go to Carver's on Main street to eat. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, the Durango Coffee Company is a great place to go. If you're feeling adventurous, take an hour drive east on highway 160 to Pagosa Springs. They have hot springs to soak in with different temperatures. I like Pagosa's hot springs better than Trimble Hot Springs North of Durango.
I love this city. I have an American friend that lives there. I've been there in 2002. I enjoyed almost everything there, because Mesa Verde scared me. Although I spoke English(learned in Brazil), it was very difficult to understand what a native of the language, said. So, I didn't know what was going to happen. I cried like a child to go up that ladder. Durango, I love you! Mesa Verde, never more. Thanks, for those sweet memories!
My friends, Maria and Nabol, you can't imagine how I felt that time. I'm terribly scared. The guide that was taking care of the children, left them to take care of me. What a shame! Please, forgive me for my English full of mistakes, because, being Brazilian and haven't chance to practice it, I've forgotten a lot. If somebody asks me what is Mesa Verde, I'll answer it with another question...Mesa Verde, what is this? Please, don't smile, but laugh, laugh the most you can.

I drove from Albuquerque up to Durango and back down through Navajo Dam and back. Amazing drive!!!!

We'll need to try that next time! :-)
that was so well put together guys, i love the narration.. can't believe that was under 8 mins... left me wanting more
Cutting it down was a challenge. We have hours of footage. Haha So glad you guys enjoyed it!
