Completely lost and can't find help online, in case anyone who reads this has the solution. I downloaded SlideScan some time ago onto my iPhone 6 (12.5.1) and only recently tried to use it. Once slide registered and saved, I found there was no way to download. The interface is totally different from any of the online videos. The only way to transfer digitized slides is 5 at a time via Mail, which is long and tedious with nearly 500 slides. Any ideas?
At the 5 minute mark you describe sending pictures from the phone to the computer. After selecting the album you said "there I'm done". How did the pictures actually go to the computer from your phone?

Try to keep the room as dark as possible with only the backlight as a source of light. Also, try not to have the phone directly facing the image. Please try this out and let us know if this improves the scans at support@photomyne.com

The scanner keeps cutting off the top of my photo if there is sky at the top. I even placed a piece of colored paper on the edge of the photo so the scanner would see the true edge of the photo, but it still cut it off. It also frequently cuts off the whole outside edge. How can I get the whole photo to be scanned?

FREE Photo Bucket left a bad taste in my mouth. I did a lot of posts on the internet using Photo Bucket for years, then the extortion started. If I didn't pay them an outrageous amount of money all the pictures in my posts that I did wouldn't show the pictures anymore making my posts worthless. Also, I have to pull the film off to scan the photo, or else the phone is reflected in the scanned photo.

The only way to scan a photo with the best quality is with a scanner not a photo 30 cm above the album

So, I think I heard you save all my photos for me, so if I don't renew every year, I lose all my photos.
Once you save your scans to your PC or camera roll, they will stay there regardless of your subscription status.
