    Jeeeeze! Avg HR 197bpm and a couple of those splits over 210bpm for a full Km! That’s impressive! Well done to push through that mate 🔥🔥. Question: what is your normal running cadence?

      Fatigue was harsh on me that day but I pushed through haha. Cadence is usually around 170 but if you want to look at more info just search up my name on strava.

      Depends when i wake up but for a standard day (not like in this video) I will go to bed at 9-9:30pm and wake up at 5am.

    I was told by someone who qualified for Boston to always run at my pace. It’s not good to try to run at a pace faster than you can hold because it’ll have negative or no results.

    Been following you for a while bro. How many days a week are you running and lifting to maintain muscle mass? We hold about the same pace running but I’ve always struggled to hold mass. I get faster at racing but skinnier too. Lol
