Chébé is a HairCare secret of an African ethnic group in the Chad Republic! Chébé is a grain from a plant that’s found all over the African Region, but it’s specifically popular in the Chad Region where Chadian Women are known for their unbelievable hair lengths that famously goes pass their butts! Chébé is applied to the lengths and ends of the hair, it’s known for locking in moisture which strengthens the hair! This is why their hair NEVER breaks off, even from childhood!!! *Just a TIP* ❤️ my friends aunt told me that whenever she used to do this when she was younger she’d put in Shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil and honey with a couple squeezes of orange juice and blend it with the chebe powder she’s got longggggg ass hair. It made it easier to wash out the chebe sand grains

Spam Spam she left it in a bonnet for the weekend, but when it was time to wash it out she’d sometimes blend avocado 🥑 very finely and mix it with her shampoo to make her hair extra shiny and soft, hope this helps 😊

Chebe powder is AWESOME it does grow the hair and makes it soft too . I use it with karkar oil and use the chebe butter as well . I did a big chop in February and my hair has grown since using chebe with karkar oil. I plan to try the powder with the wild growth oil.

Chebe really works in my hair. My scslp is extremely sensitive to it so I got wind of using Saran or Cling wrap to the parts of the sections that actually have Chebe. Wrap those up and cover my head for 3 days. Honey after the annoying rinse n clean up.... my hair was super curly, soft with a thicker feel. Wow hair food from God Himself. Yes it is so worth it. I'm so thankful for youtube. My hair is growing longer now because I have been educating myself with these videos. We did not have this growing up in the 80's and 90's, so we didn't see how black women around the world grow their hair. Growing up, I used so much alcohol-based spritz, perms with hot irons that fried my hair and detangled my hair like I was raking the yard. Now I care for it as these ladies do and I'm starting to see my transformation. I can't wait to see how long mine can grow.

OK Im going to try this, i just recently took down 20"in long Passion Twists that i tried for the first time, i have naturally curly hair and i had these twists in for only a month and 1 week and my hair was soo matted up tangled and was coming out by the hand full! my hair is simailar to this Beautiful Sista, and I think my hair couldnt handle the weight of the braids or the tension and stress on my Natural hair, BUt now my hair is a total damaged wreck and I feel Bald, I lost sooo much hair! sooo with all that said Im bout to order some of this Chebe powder and pray that my Hair grows back full and thick and Long! I ordered the chebe powder a week ago on eBay just waiting on delivery really excited about using it! Will probably use coconut oil and some almond oil. I have a fenugreek & blk castor oil mix for my scalp ! I suppose Chebe is like using Henna, Amla powders which are poplar for Indians Chebe is for Africans as it’s grown there ! Amazing stuff anything plant based is the best in nutrients!

@@cocohitchman3209 gal if you think amla is messy you will go back to it lol.I exculsively use ayuverdic powders and i decided to try this chebe honestly the stuff stinks and washing it out is hell.I regret buying it but i am using it to make my oils but add essential oil to it but still.Am sticking to the ayuverdic powders but you might like it let me know how it goes

I used it the way the Chad women were doing it, applying it and braiding my hair tightly and wearing my wigs, i did it this way for the first month, redoing my braids every three to four days, i did not wash my hair when i reapplied the chebe. The next month i did the same thing but i braided in sections and styled my hair to where i would not have to wear a wig and i have seen growth because it does keep your hair moist which helps it to grow.

Im going to try this with neem oil on my daughters hair.
Are you sure about the neem sis....the smell is crazy. We use neem for any skin issue in our home (with gloves cuz it's just so pungent) its antiviral, antimicrobial, and antifungal...so if there is a scalp fungus that would be useful...but if not...you may want to consider almond, coconut oil, or even shea butter
