That brunch looked AMAZING!!!! Brunch makes me feel like I'm on vacation... I love brunch. Also... that bias makes sense especially if you think of food as an art form or a craft. Chefs and bakers especially at smaller establishments make art for your senses and to entertain you. They pour their heart into it for you so in some ways its vulnerable... giving their hearts to people so when you enjoy their art it makes them feel rewarded.
Food is definitely an art form, you know this well :) Yes, it’s definitely an act of vulnerability - one of the best & most enjoyable things is to get to talk with the chefs especially once they notice you being so interested & invested in their food. Just getting to hear their stories ❤️
Thank you! Lobster Benedict, looks like a must try!!! Would love it if you could recommend a weekend spot in Metrowest/Boston to go for dim sum with the circulating carts? We’ve been searching and have only found restaurants with just a few dim sum items on their regular menu.
@maddieb1738 Yes, Lobster Benedict all the way!! For dim sum, I actually really liked Sun Kong in Malden! I would foreword that it’s a truly “authentic” experience, lots of families, commotion & noise, people in and out :) but portion sizes are much larger and variety is better than most places (including Chinatown) in the area!

I will have to check them out I live 30 mins from Boston city it’s a shame I never checked out the brunch places
