Otherwise I will be stumbling and fumbling. I managed to get the reversing camera to work, change the time/date setting so it is correct, use the radio and Alexa to find a place using Google maps, but, have forgotten already what I did. I’ll have to go over everything, trial and error, each time for a while until I get it right. Are instructions in print anywhere? I’m sorry to be a nuisance. Thanks Michael

By mistake I said no to the internet policy, now all the wireless apps have been blocked, until the Car play stopped working, how can I get the acceptance policy option again?
Are the volume controls on the steering wheel supposed to work with this unit? We have installed ours and they do not. There didn't seem to be any unplugged wires. We have a Ford Focus 2007 Convertible.??

It actually does come with this, not sure why they gave you the wrong answer. You can confirm via pioneers site says were it states "steering controls: yes learning". There is a plug included in the box that allows you to wire it in, this only works with some cars, others you will still need to buy a separate harness.

If a call comes through my S21, the Headunit picks up the call, no problem, however if a call comes in on my iPhone, the Headunit ignores it, unless I manually switch it through the BT settings? I though no matter which phone rings, the headunit would pick it up?

How fast is startup on this unit? I currently have an extremely slow to start JVC and looking to replace it. How fast would it go from starting the car to be connected and playing music via Android auto/Carplay or via Bluetooth?

Direct from pioneers sales support testing this for me. time for unit to start and play music was 15 -20 sec .The Android PHONE was Samsung and a LG NEXUS. Android auto and Apple carplay 20 - 25 sec. Very fast!

The new Pioneer units are advertised to boot up in 7 seconds, when we tested it ranged between 7 - 9 secs
