The big thing for me that makes me cry is because I know how it feels. My dad served for 14 years, and 7 of those were part of my life. It's hard to have someone you love leave for so long, and the rush of emotion when you see them again just floors you. You stop thinking in that moment and just realize that they made it.
I can build anything, I can work cattle, I can protect my family... but I can't hold back tears when I see this. Thank you to our patriots keeping us free, I love yall
