    The outside shot was never really there. I remember on the Thinking Basketball podcast they mentioned how 2019-2020 was the anomalous season for ADs outside shot.
    AD has been elite in the dunkers spot (something he was able to do better in the 2019-2021 season due to the way the team was built).

    My end game with Ham was the WCF last year Game #1, when he rolled out that 3 guard lineup..it made absolutely no sense..
    At that time Denver and its fan base were in fear if what the Lakers would do.
    The Laker just did something no team in west had done in 10 years..beat GSW in the Playoffs..our confidence was sky high..
    All Ham had to do was start Vando his brst on ball defender,, put him on Murray, push more minutes on Dennis his best point of attack defender..ease D'lo into the series because he was the weak link in the chain..
    Always have Rui defend the Joker or gordon Let bron shadow Porter..cheat off him to bring help ..

So you need a protector of the rim to use Davis in the perimeter, with vando and Reaves . You need to vando be better and catch and shoot 3 on the corner , use reaves also as a combo guard . They need to Christian wood be phisically better , I like castelton , I think hood schifino is going to be a good player , Christie , Lewis , Bronny all are good passers . . I think lakers can use the money that dlo in using in clutch time a defensive mind point guard . Rui needs to be better at perimeter with best lateral moves .add schröder for dlo and cam Redish . There are variables that can only be debated but never actually tested. But he's entitled just like y or me or Stephen A. It's silly to say his is less or more than likely as urs. As for Rondo, one, he doesn't want to coach according to Bron on a podcast. He said Rondo is very smart but doesn't want to deal with entitled rich players. Two, his pending gn possession, reckless driving, drg charge, with a child in the car and domestic protection order issue and pending Supreme court 2nd amendment case. So, no Rondo aint gonna be the Laker coach anytime soon. lol

    The Lakers has this long list for a new headcoach, and I agree with a lot of these pre-qualifications. My question is, why is JJ name even mentioned. This guy has only coached a youth league! I'm pretty sure you can't say a man who has no coaching experience is a grinder, developer of talent, etc.

    Ham should have never been hired in the first place. Frank Vogel was a good coach. And it was the Lakers own fault that they missed out on Ty Lue. They have noone to blame but themselves. And I have nothing against JJ but it's even worse than an Assistant coach. It's no coaching experience whatsoever. But knowing this team they will hire JJ and give him an assistant coach that used to be a head coach. Make that make sense. SMH

    It wasn’t Darvins fault he was a shitty coach, it was the front offices for putting a rookie coach in there to waste yet another two years of Brons time left! Especially when we all knew Ham was a bad choice then! As long as Jeanie is in charge and Rob is still in there, it will be more of the same!

  • @Dee-pk3jq
    @Dee-pk3jq 23 дні тому

    Players grow up, they get smarter and approach the game differently to put them in a good situation to be available on the court all season. Production still same or even better but they definitely pick and choose when to go all in as long as they are healthy. AD and Bron are in solid form still LOL cant be reckless and doing too much when not needed i think its longevity game at this point but yeah they are still top player for sure. Please build roaster that fits and compliment AD and Bron this time and we going to the championship. its team work and not to rely on 1 or 2 guys to save they day. Better others unlock AD and Bron to play free without thinking oh i gotta do this or maybe i cant do that coz trust aint there with others to do their jobs at high level.

    Ham was fired the moment Pelinka and Buss decided to go cheap and hire a guy who was not HC material. They are heading down the same path again with Redick. And maybe fans should remember that Kobe and shaq pretty much put the pressure on west to move on from dull harris (and rambis) and magic basically cornered jerry Buss to ax Paul westhead.

    I think Sam would be better than JJ if those are the choices for the coach of the Lakers. I've listened to interviews with both of them. I get that LeBron knows, has played with a lot of retired players and coaches, but if you hire JJ, LeBron and him are friends, so it's going to be friends coaching the franchise. He's not going to be able to tell LeBron how he wants things. It's sort of a conflict of interest. LeBron and AD should have a say, but the organization should make the final decision. It has to be someone with some kind of experience.
