I have no words, thank you for this presentation. I recently presented at the Society of Crypto Judaic Studies Conference June 2016, in Santa Fe New Mexico. My presentation was on a portion of my family history, (I only had 15 minutes to speak) but what I did talk about put skin on my family's Crypto Jewish history. What you said brought my heart to another awakening on my paternal side of the family that I didn't have time to talk about in Santa Fe. I find it impossible to share all that the families went through in their journey but a little at a time prayerfully will help all those who are searching and returning. Once again Thank you!

It is my great honor to tell the stories of the survival of our people. Thank you for being part of the great journey of our people.
This has been a great testimony to all anusim Jews around the world. Rabbi Vinas I was very touched by your words. I am hungry to belong to a shul in Pennsylvania. I wish I could move to NY but my parents need me here. I will continue to embrace and live the Torah. I thank you, you give us hope. Muchas gracias por todo lo que hace en la comunida.

Perhaps you should visit my dear friend Rabbi Albert Gabbai at Mikveh Israel in Philadelphia, the Congregation is the Spanish and Portuguese Synagogue Mikveh Israel. It is very welcoming.
Rabbi, do you have any recommendations for a shul in Pittsburgh that is welcoming to Anusim?

Yes actually many. I would love to speak with you all. How pleased to hear this. Please call my synagogue and leave message regarding this topic. (914) 9677119
Excellent video Rabbi, I'm of sephardic descent (Spain and Italy), and converted via the massorti movement in Mexico. My family has always loved Israel, and when I discovered all the signs of anusim background in my family it all made sense, so the logical thing to do was to go back to our people.

i applaud you! help the rest of our brothers come home to judaism.
Shalom to you Rabbi Viñas, I would like to know, what is it I have to do in order to be brought before a Beit Din for conversion. I think I am a descendant of Bnei Anusim from IBERIAN PENINSULA. I am currently attending a Shul in Riverdale, Young Israel, which close-by (5 min walk) to where I live, but because I am "Sephardic" I would want to convert Sephardic. I will appreciate your response. Thank you!
