2024 Porsche Taycan | The new, 939hp Taycan Turbo S and its ultra-fast charging blew my mind

I recently visited Porsche to see the new 2024 Taycan EV. I got to see the car in a studio and headed out for a passenger ride to experience the 939-horsepower Turbo S. I also got to try out the Taycan's new, ultra-fast 320 kW charging, which can fill the battery from 10 to 80% in just 18 minutes. Simply put, it blew my mind.
Porsche says the new Taycan's range has increased by up to 35% over its predecessor, while the battery has got slightly larger, the overall weight has decreased by a. few kilograms and the 0-62mph time is now just 2.4 seconds in the flagship Turbo S variant.
It's a thorough mid-life facelift that sees the Taycan's WLTP range increase to up to 421 miles, while the exterior has been sharpened at the front, and the interior gains a push-to-pass button on the steering wheel and an optional secondary infotainment display.
