  • This is my third experience with a Venezianico. They are an Italian based microbrand that make affordable watches- many of them with uncommon materials. In this video I showcase this Nereide Carbonio.

I really like forged carbon, taking a serious look at the Tissot Sideral

It's made by Staib. Its the polished 20mm mesh with the butterfly clasp

Excellent review, Bruce...your reviews are done in a way that doesn't turn me off with Pros/Cons....not that it is bad to point out areas of improvement...but some reviewers feel obligated to point out Cons.....

Thank you Jim. I try to if I think there is something that isn't purely subjective preference. I think we all put more emphasis in different aspects of a watch.

@@BruceWilliams bottom edge on the triangle on bezel insert looks damaged.

Hi! Thank you for the review! Do you know what is the maximum wrist size of this watch?😊

I’m not a fan of most divers, but the case thickness and the materials used in the bezel really catch my eye. For a black watch I really enjoy the variety of shades within the dial and the strap looks really nice I would actually consider purchasing this one. There’s a lot going on and somehow it’s stealthy.

Good watch, it sell at HKD 8000, (1024 USD), it killed Tag Heuer Carbon and Tissot.

The accent is on the "A", it's veneziànico..not venezìanìco. It's not that hard to learn how to pronounce a brand's name before making a review

It's also not that hard to not be a dick before posting a comment. Italian, like Spanish, typically places the emphasis on the second to last syllable on words ending with a vowel. You would need a visible accent to know to place the emphasis anywhere other than the "i". A cursory glance of websites shows numerous examples of no accent placed on Venezianico. Point being, it would be very easy for a non native speaker to think the accent should be placed on the penultimate syllable. I enjoyed the review very much, despite Bruce not being versed in Italian linguistics.
