The Blaqua Terra! So many great improvements with this new micro-collection (especially the clasp micro-adjust finally) What are your thoughts on this new range? That 38mm is going to be a winner... imagine it in Titanium?
The Terra Cotta was the one I have been eyeing, though the new summer blue is a contender. The Blaqua Terra though may be the one as it would be the most versatile
The micro adjust is horrendous. Maybe having a huge gap is all that can be done on this style of bracelet, but as a fellow engineer I think you are letting Omega off the hook rather easily on this point. I like to see you give a detailed review on the microadjust.
That new extension is terrible! It leaves a big gap in between the links that looks atrocious!!! I wouldn’t take that bracelet if you gave me one for free. Pure laziness on Omega’s part. Definitely NOT the best of them!!!
It’s a strange one, right? No idea who greenlit the idea of a more polished case for these new AT’s. It would’ve been such a great contrast seeing more brushing on these 🥃
I was always hesitant about the "teak dial" ATs, but now...THIS IS BEAUTIFUL. Looks like I'll be saving for a 38mm Omega Black Lacquer AT now. As far as I'm concerned, this iteration of the AT is a watch that I'd love and cherish for a lifetime.
Just to add, my old first generation 39mm was 11mm thick, had the same glossy dial, a much more tooly mix of matte and polished finishes, gorgeous date window.. to be fair, the bracelet let it down a little bit, but apart from that - for a watch that's still around £2700, I would be tempted..... I do like this new one very much though
Exceptionally well done! I have two Aqua Terras - the "Skyfall" as it has been called, with the blue teak plank dial and then just a month ago I added the saffron Aqua Terra shades version. They are so alike yet so different, and both of them gets noticed by the enthusiast as well as the casual compliments from everyone else - NICE WATCH! The black dial is stunning, and I see your point in the area of "the next step" for Omega. Total fan boy here with 5 in all, but, your commentary is spot on. Thanks as always for insight and thought-provoking candor!!!
The size is perfect, great everyday watch. Omega seems doesn't want to make the perfect watch for everyone 😅 they somehow miss one thing always, this time the price. Great video bro 👍🏽
For me, an AT needs a teak dial. It elevates the watch through an “aspirational” narrative of enjoying it on one’s yacht. Omega also needs to innovate more as you mentioned. I love my AT...at 38mm and a clean white teak deck dial...it is so versatile. I had the black variant of the original AT version and this new gloss black looks so similar in so many ways. Thanks for the video brother 💪🥃
Always love your takes on the AT, think I’ve seen every video you’ve made on them (the white 38mm is my favourite too) If I remember you sold it and bought it back? Much love Pete and have a stellar weekend brother! 🥃
Great video as always, thanks for taking the time. Man, that render at 7:07 is unbelievably nice. Sometimes I wish these renders were realized and manufactured.
Kudos to Omega for finally giving us an adjustable clasp (takes them forever to catch up). I see this fully polished AT to be a competitor to a smooth bezel Datejust on an oyster. And the color dial ATs compete with the Stella dial OPs. But I don't see any ATs competing with an Explorer. BTW, the full polish is a deal breaker for me - I don't like polished bracelets, PCLs or fully polished cases. Too blingy, too dressy and they are all scratch magnets. Bring on the titanium ATs! Outstanding video as always. I think your proposal of the extrapolation of the features and components from the titanium version being a reality could truly be a huge thing if Omega elected to do so. They listen to some things… could someone from Omega look at that? Man would that be a game changer! Cheers!
Great video! I think you are the first to review this watch. My first impression was "oh that looks really clean." Then I was impressed that they made it in three sizes. I like the colored dials, but 38mm is too small for me. So I'm glad they made it in 41 also. But most importantly, I am shocked that Omega finally had the restraint to make it in one dial color. Historically they bring out 478 colors on day one. Bringing it out in one color makes it more special and allows them to bring out a new color next year.
It's quite refreshing to see them keep it so simple, right? Too often with their modern pieces they seem hellbent to add complexity for complexity's sake, absolutely right and well said Mike. Thank you! 🥃

I respect what you are doing on your channel. At the same time, I personally, am not interested in videos dedicated to specific watch model without you having the watch with you. Regards
Omega Railmaster silver face on bracelet. The watch is entirely brushed. One of the best watches in Omega's line up. Amazing watch similar to the Aquà Terra but without all the blingy shine or date window.
This isn't "late to the party", it is basically going full circle to earlier Aqua Terra's. My wife has one that is very, very, very similar, but from a decade ago...
I see your point. But I think Omega still deserves criticism for being slow to react, or slow to understand how this watch should be a staple of this collection. It should be the constant. The color dials might come and go, but this watch should have always existed. So strange to me that they killed it off. When I look at this entire collection, past and present, it's the silver and black versions from more than a decade ago that make me want to spend my money on them
That is one amazing looking watch! I have a feeling Omega just might be listening to you more than we know. I’ll be watching for those suggested improvements you mentioned. Very well done as always 🥃
The dial colors from the Aqua Terra Shade models in a 41mm case would be amazing! Would definitly buy! Never the less, I love Omega watches! They are so beautiful and never boring! So much variants to choose from! Absolutly great!
I don’t understand everyone’s obsession with watches needing to be brushed. The best part of these watches is there pretty well rounded u can get the beautiful polished shine but also the accents/durability of the brushed. Everyone hates on the buttery fly claps but it nice to have a watch with a different clasp system. I have three omegas aqua terra, Seamaster and speedmaster. I like each for different reason and because of their differences. To many people want everything to be the same and in the end nothing will have it’s own character or charm.
got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on amzwatch 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces. Absolute fantastic watch that wears super comfortable on my 6.75 inch wrist. Chose the 3-link over the 5-link bracelet for the toolless quick adjustment. Way more comfortable than my Longines Hydroconquest 41 mm.
I tried on the 38mm red shades version on last week and I have to say it felt perfect on my 7 inch wrist and I loved the bracelet, I think the black lacquered dial is just stunning and this should be a big seller for Omega.
That’s going to be the divider, the polished-ness is going to throw off people. This could’ve been THE opportunity for Omega to brush up the case and bracelet 🔥
Im glad he pointed out the Railmaster. If you dont like the all polish get a black railmaster. I wanted a GADA. And went back and forth for a while with the AT. Since discontiuing the prices have plumeted on the railmaster. 2500 brand new. The railmaster doest photograph well but is amazing in person. More field watch than sport watch. Hands down the most underrated Omega of all time. Love field watches and have a ranger and alpinist. And may others over the years. The Railmaster is a clear winner.
Gorgeous. I've always liked these, as you know.... had the first generation 39mm and that was lovely, and 11mm thin too Saving a few grand and then will likely decide between Sinn 556i, Longines Spirit 37mm or something else. Likely to be in the 36-38mm range. My issue with modern omega is pretty much the simple price complaint.. for me at the moment the sweet spot is watches around £1000-2500 mark. I kind of feel wrong wearing anything more fancy or expensive if I'm too treat it as a daily As somebody said "find a watch that you wear, and one that doesn't wear YOU" so a watch that I'll be constantly worried about, and always aware of, will wear me.. I prefer a balance of tool / versatility / stress free So yes... I'm not sure about omega these days man I hope you're well
Saw your email on the Spirit 37! My thoughts? If you can find the Titanium version (full bracelet and all the rest) that’ll scratch one helluva itch until the Datejust arrives 😉 Numerals on the dial (which we love) excellent size, light weight, GADA… etc etc. have a superb weekend brother 🔥
I own both an omega Seamaster 300 professional and speedmaster yet the aqua terra never speaks to me due to its pointed hour markers. However I can see why it has mass appeal. Cheers to another successful week ID Guy. You are my favorite UA-camr whom I see once a week.😊
I love your thinking about this watch, and I have to agree that it is beautiful, but also kind of boring and not brave enough. And this is probably the reason why it will sell very well. A more modern Rolex Explorer if you will. Great video again! Keep it up 👍
I'm an Omega fan and think your toughts are very much to the point. I would like to see a Sinn 556i - which I love - in Omega quality. The current model is very near.
Visited a loca Omega AD today to have a look at a white speedy but couldn't help but seek out the Aqua Terra. They had the Shades in (which they've never had in previous visits) along with the Black dial. First time I saw it I thought WOW, that is stunning. Surprised the shop felt the need to display the watch with a clear film wrapper but there's no denying that this watch adds something to the Omega range that they've been lacking, something to rival, I'd say two Rolex models. With the added benefit that you can actually buy one! Well done Omega, a masterpiece.
It's an awesome update in terms of dials - and harks back to the ATs of the early 00s. While Iove Omega and this new model, I might go with the older, thinner quartz take on this type of dial on an AT.
I've always wanted an Aqua Terra, for many years. But I always end up with different Omega models--Speedmaster, Planet Ocean, even Seamaster 300m Professional for a while. My favorite Omega is and always has been the Planet Ocean. The black dial with orange bezel model from the 2000s decade is the watch that brought me into this hobby. Aqua Terra is always an almost. This one you showed, for instance--its incredible in most respects, but I can't stand the date wheel.
Wonderfully insightful as usual. Myself, I think it’s a step back. And you illustrate that in this video. My problem with the AquaTerra has been with its one arrow hand-get rid of it Omega…and a non-orienting 12 o’clock makes my eyes swim all over the dial. The Planet Ocean also has this problem when reading it in the dark…at least both its hands have arrowheads keeping the balance. One more nitpick is the floating date window…almost want to see a partial marker underneath it. Keep up the great work and thanks!
It's my first piece I ever bought, Seamaster Trilogy 1957 fitted to an OEM Omega Mesh 😉 Absolutely love it man... the one piece that has the most sentimentality attached to it (got a few shots of it on IG if you'd like to see it) 🥃
I loved the shades dials but the case is a smudge and scratch magnet. I think it would drive me crazy. The standard AT has a nice balance of both brushing and polishing.
It used to be that when it came to altering watch designs, Rolex was steering the Titanic making slow gradual changes, while Omea was like following a drunk driver at 1 am and watching the weave all over the road. Omega is trying to be more like Rolex, but a necessary prerequisite is finding the right designs in the first place.
Rancher, that "following drunk driver line" , brilliant 😆 It shows that they are taking the foot off the gas a bit (too often with their modern pieces they seem to add complexity for complexity's sake) and trying to streamline these. Quite an interesting direction... but with these inflated prices? Oof 🥃
Reminds me of my GS SBGA467. Very similar overall style and black is underrated. This Omega ticks all the boxes for all the reasons you mentioned, Mr. Guy, and more. As I’m sure you’ve said, “simplicity is difficult. It leaves the watch nowhere to hide and everything needs to be perfect”……I dunno, maybe it was John Cleese who said it, but still true. You Britts are a clever bunch. 😉
Great insight as usual. I would have put the Omega Logo and wording at the 12 0’clock position, while losing the Seamaster in favor of AQUATERRA in italics, but directly on top of the word CO-AXIAL. Leave everything else as you suggested. I’ve been saying it, Omega needs to hire you as a Professional Consultant. You have a BRILLIANT mind Sir!
Similar to the Spectre Bond Seamaster with the logo placement? Man that would great... and thank you brother. To be able to consult with these big brands would be a dream, just to be able to give them that added 5% tweak BUT they have in-house teams that always listen to management (which 95% of the time squashes the creative process) 🥃
I loved your thoughts on the Blaqua Terra and I feel like the shades collection of Aqua Terra line is stands where the Constellation Globemaster line should be. A lot of time passed since, they introduced it, and I think it should be revised.
I’ve been meaning to make a Globemaster video again AND you’re right, I wanted to actually bring some ideas forward about how the line could evolve. Love the simple white dial in that line… it’s a gem! 🔥
The boat deck stripes on the current Aqua Terra drives me nuts because of their (deliberately) uneven width. This new clean dial might just be my thing.
Back to its roots. The original AT didnt have the teak pattern way back when. The micro adjust also was first in the propably most underrated range of Omega, Constellation. Looks amazing though.
Great review. Omega’s expensive vanilla ice cream competition to Rolex. And let me be the first to congratulate Omega on having 46,000 variants on the website - great achievement. Tapered bracelet or not?
Vanilla ice-cream, love it! Great comparison. As far as I know, they have closer to 46,745 variants last time I counted 😉 Have a great weekend brother! 🥃
Superb vid, as usual :) It’s very similar and a kind-of reissue of my 36mm 2518.50 quartz (and the automatic they released near that) which I love..moreso than this actually as mine is 36mm and doesn’t have the numbers around the minute track which is a pet peeve of mine on watches like this). I do like the date being in the centre-line on this though… Anyone in the market should _consider_ the neo-vintage model and save on the bucks. It’s kind of like buying a neo-vintage Datejust…
Having tried the 41mm on…it is stunning, blacker than a BlackHole, the faceted indices shimmer like a diamond, the proportions and angles of that polished case is a beautiful thing. Considering selling my Speedy to make way for this watch, and hoping they bring out an deep inky blue variation, because as Ludacris said “but our time and clothes gotta coordinate”
Innovative? … No. Refreshing? … Yes! Something I've noticed about releases like this, about monochromatic releases in general; everyone 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 about it being boring / uninspired / lacking innovation etc., but when a collection like 'Shades' is dropped very few comment 𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭. It's too shiny, too thick and too expensive yet it's one of the only non re-issued modern Omegas I'd actually own. Cheers IDGuy. Have a good weekend mate. ✌🏼️
The AT line is going after the OP/DJ My prediction is a new Railmaster will be the rival to the Explorer. It’ll be fully brushed compared to fully polished to justify needing both an AT and Railmaster
for years i did not consider the aqua terra due to the non-adjusting butterfly clasp. they finally did it, which is great, but i'm off to something simpler, a simple three-hander at 34mm.
Love the titanium variant shown / your render. I have the aqua terra 41.5 black teak. Thinking to sell it though, beautiful watch but the bracelet, weight and height of the watch make it so uncomfortable to wear, especially in summer with no micro adjust
Love your channel and have been a fan since the beginning. Normally, I’m 100% on board with your design suggestions, but this time, I couldn’t disagree more. Keep up the great work! Cheers! PS. Once again, great video and very good analysis, despite my point of view and design preferences.
Nice video as always. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't give omega another look, as their true potential will remain shackled to bad group management. But your videos keep my appreciation for the brand alive.
Thanks for your video and all your great content. Monochromatic watches are becoming the new old thing. I wish they went back to their earlier bracelets like the speedy 145.20 (I think that’s the reference) bracelet.
love it and way prefer it to the explorer - howeeeeeever, i never understand the pricing for the aqua terra - way more expensive then the SMP300 range?? why?? no bezel, less water resistance, no diver extension/micro adjust on the clasp...... crazy to place the AT above the SMP300.....
The full polished case and bracelet feels like such a noob trap. Looks marvellous in photos and under the lights of the boutique when you see it in store. Only later to realise its a fingerprint and scratch magnet. I'm sure its an intentional design decision to appeal to the masses.
I like the Aqua Terra a lot, 38mm is such a nice size too. However, why are the smaller ladies models available with a quartz movement and not the 38mm? I'd love to see a gents sized HAQ Aqua Terra in a titanium case.
The Aquaterra has always been a favorite of mine, even over the Speedmaster and Seamaster. I cannot fully explain it, but it has to do with its simple yet elegant design language. If they came out with a white enamel dial with blued hands and indices, I think it would push me over the edge and I would have to get one.
Same with you - I love the new AT for its simplicity and elegant design, over my Speedmaster and Seamaster 300m Dive Professional. Planned to get an AT soon.
Great video and agree all the innovations! My problem (and it is MY problem, not necessarily THE problem) is that a 38mm Ti black dial AQ with telescoping crown and colour matched date at 6 is a Christopher Ward C63 Elite with a £££$$$ markup, and they risk "doing a Bremont". The CW is not METAS but it is COSC and offers all the above (3 piece clasp not butterfly) for 1200GBP approx. In my opinion their best GADA watch. Well done CW for designing the 2026 Blaqua Terra, several years ahead of Omega. 🎉
Great vid! Yes, I love it - but am completetly non-plussed by the polished case and bracelet. With the Railmaster discontinued I would have thought a fully brushed version would have been the natural evolution. I think they're giving away their continued obsession with their biggest rival, the Crown by following in the modern luxury/tool amalgamation. Perhaps it's unescapable in these aspirational/instagram-obsessed times?? 🔥🔥🔥
I think that the Teak variants are more unique relative to the Shades collection. Quite frankly I am a fan of a watch having its own design motif - the shark tooth indices coupled with the teak dial is iconic. When Omega transitioned to the Shades collection, to me it came across as too similar to an Oyster Perpetual. Rather than shifting its dial design, I would prefer that Omega released the AT in an updated 38/39 and 40/41 case with a thinner movement leading to a case height in the 11-12.5mm range. As for the bracelet, it should be given a proper clasp - I'm sure Swatch group has the capital given its Moonswatch success to invest in a new bracelet. In short, while nice, the new 38 ATs have lost their originality. Whether it is vertical or horizontal, to me the Teak motif was and is the AT's identity, and shifting away from that is ultimately a mistake.
Love the dial choice and new style bracelet but agree on why the need for an all polished case. Plus that micro adjust is horrible. It leaves a gap between the links that looks like a $50 watch. As a design guy I’m stunned to hear you say it’s brilliant!! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ It’s a huge miss for them. Credit for trying but they missed badly where they could have put some effort into it. Who on that team looked at this and said “yes, this is it”? Also I don’t see this as competing with the Explorer, but more with the DateJust. Just when I thought I’d buy one, I’ll wait…again!
I think dress watch when I see this, I t’s interesting that it has an adjustable clasp but when omega describes it as a comfort setting I’m imagining something that will be lacking adjustability. People seem to like buying shiny watches so it looks like that’s what will continue to be made but I love the idea of a titanium version with a good clasp. I
I own the Aqua Terra with the white dial and orange second hand. The only thing I don't like is the crown...the taper forms a "sharp" edge that digs into the fingers and makes it pretty uncomfortable to operate; it's unfortunate they didn't address that.
Their "Muffin Crown" was an interesting choice to say the least 😆 You're not the first person to complain about how its difficult to operate (maybe that's why I want to hide the crown altogether on these pieces?) Haha! Thanks for sharing Dale 🥃
Also completely agree on the polished case. That’s gonna be an instant scratch magnet. But the one great advantage of the aqua Terra over the explorer is the date. How Rolex can make an explorer without a date and be successful is quite astonishing. A true explorer needs a date, if he’s out there, to keep proper track of time. And without a cyclops.
Fully brushed would be great. Honestly I'd be ecstatic with just brushed center links even if they kept the other ares polished. Oh and a good hardness coating.
Your Titanium version of Blaqua Terra looks like an 80’s/90’s Seiko 5. I like the Gloss Black dial, but I also like the textured dials of the Aqua Terra.
@@ID-Guy “ alright , alright …. other than the Speedy , the Seamaster , the Railmaster and the Ploprof …. Oh and the 165 … what has Omega ever done for us … eh ? “
My God that full titanium render❤️ But I’d remove the polish from the bracelet center links and put some on the case instead, like the World Timer AT, and maybe a power reserve indicator at the back🤔. Also like 35k less, thanks Omega😊
It's more Explorer-like, but I always felt the recently discontinued railmaster was more the Explorer-like offering from Omega. It wasn't quite there either though. The lack of polish anywhere feels maybe TOO tool-ish for such an expensive watch. I hope they are going to come out with a new version at this point, or maybe the Railmaster was discontinued in lieu of this new AT. I'd love to see a 38mm Railmaster in titanium though, but a bit less muted (no polished bracelet links though). It would definitely need the adjustable clasp, which is one of the reasons I did not get the previous Railmaster.
btw I would totally buy this if I wasn't so convinced that black is really hard to combine with other colors in your attire. I still think I'll get the Shades Sandstone. Love the "presidential" style bracelet; such an improvement over the flat one in the 41 mm models...

The Globemaster. Brushed. And a tungsten bezel. I prefer it to the Aqua Terra.
Just buy a Rolex Op :)))

Elegant, simple, understated, and brilliant. Feels like they finally hit the sweet spot. Hoping to feel the same with the next 300m.
It would be brilliant seeing them tweak the current 300m, with a few elements on the dial and all the rest (gloss black included) 🔥

Agreed 100%! Nice to see someone share my opinion on the polished case and the clasp. Those are plus points for at AT, not minus.
got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on amzwatch 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces.
Oh, my. I love it! And finally a clasp with a micro adjustment. It may be a bit too much “dress” and a bit too little “field” for me, though.
That’s going to be the divider, the polished-ness is going to throw off people. This could’ve been THE opportunity for Omega to brush up the case and bracelet 🔥
My AT from 2012 comes with the brushed bracelet.... makes such a big difference. @ID-Guy
I got the denim dial one for $3,000 😍
2:38 The date window on the 38mm sits too high compared to the 41mm version and it really, really bothers me. It utterly ruins the 38mm for me.
The AT is omegas datejust. A pretty good do it all go everywhere watch. It’s what people want in a mechanical watch in the smartwatch era.
Spot-on. It rivals the crowns OP, DJ and Explorer. And it does so pretty effortlessly 🔥
Gorgeous. I've always liked these, as you know.... had the first generation 39mm and that was lovely, and 11mm thin too
Saving a few grand and then will likely decide between Sinn 556i, Longines Spirit 37mm or something else. Likely to be in the 36-38mm range.
My issue with modern omega is pretty much the simple price complaint.. for me at the moment the sweet spot is watches around £1000-2500 mark. I kind of feel wrong wearing anything more fancy or expensive if I'm too treat it as a daily
As somebody said "find a watch that you wear, and one that doesn't wear YOU"
so a watch that I'll be constantly worried about, and always aware of, will wear me.. I prefer a balance of tool / versatility / stress free
So yes... I'm not sure about omega these days man
I hope you're well
Saw your email on the Spirit 37! My thoughts? If you can find the Titanium version (full bracelet and all the rest) that’ll scratch one helluva itch until the Datejust arrives 😉 Numerals on the dial (which we love) excellent size, light weight, GADA… etc etc. have a superb weekend brother 🔥
@ID-Guy thanks dude. I think I'm over rolex. At least for now... the search for GADA continues. Have a good one man
@@Valera_Scotlandlook at the San Martin aqua terra homage- c£200 and lovely with great finishing!
@serenityinside1 thank you. I largely avoid micro brands and homage brands, but thank you anyway
Your prototype is wonderful. I hope they watch it and embrace it.
Curious, what watch were you wearing in the video - thanks! BTW, video was well done, indeed!
It's my first piece I ever bought, Seamaster Trilogy 1957 fitted to an OEM Omega Mesh 😉 Absolutely love it man... the one piece that has the most sentimentality attached to it (got a few shots of it on IG if you'd like to see it) 🥃
Awesome - thank you!
I loved the shades dials but the case is a smudge and scratch magnet. I think it would drive me crazy. The standard AT has a nice balance of both brushing and polishing.
So if I want 38mm version I won't be able to get the dial with known pattern just glossy dial right?
Oof 🥃
YUP
I have seen the micro adjustment used and it looks like there is a gap between the clasp and the bracelet is this the case??
Ok for the arrow hand (which I don't like but that's ok) but why the hell did they do a shiny bevel contour for the date ?
I have never been disappointed since I became a customer of amzwatch. Their watches are of exceptional quality.
I have a 2008 Aqua Terra with a black gloss dial. It is baffling that it went away for a such a while
Superb vid, as usual :)
It’s very similar and a kind-of reissue of my 36mm 2518.50 quartz (and the automatic they released near that) which I love..moreso than this actually as mine is 36mm and doesn’t have the numbers around the minute track which is a pet peeve of mine on watches like this). I do like the date being in the centre-line on this though…
Anyone in the market should _consider_ the neo-vintage model and save on the bucks.
✌🏼️
Nailed it. I hope someone at Omega is listening to your Titanium comments!!
What is the watch you're wearing? Can't tell the brand but love it
The AT line is going after the OP/DJ
My prediction is a new Railmaster will be the rival to the Explorer.
It’ll be fully brushed compared to fully polished to justify needing both an AT and Railmaster
for years i did not consider the aqua terra due to the non-adjusting butterfly clasp. they finally did it, which is great, but i'm off to something simpler, a simple three-hander at 34mm.
The simple “time only’s” have a special place, also a big fan of smaller pieces and how brands tighten up the dials 🔥
How long did you have the watch while you did your review?
Exquisite and literally timeless.
I love it, something very timeless about a simple black dial.
I agree. Once I tried an Aquaterra but was very disappointed because it was too shiny or bling
Love your content, long may it continue
Just tried this on tonight. It's stunning up close and polished within every inch of its metallic life.
Would love to see a Ti blackaterra with the telescopic crown! Great design idea!
Dayum… That’s a nice treatmet of aqua terra you did there. You should do a mockup of titanium speedy.
A Titanium Speedmaster... Man, can you imagine the damage they could do with these? 🔥
I have a CW C63 Sealander 39mm and prefer it to any Aqua Terra.
Beautiful. I always wanted an Explorer with a date, so this may be my answer.
I like it, very much, yes very, very much❤️. I have to say, I prefer a matt black dial. Provides better contrast with white hands.
Great video. The first thing I thought was why polish.
The incumbent (Explorer) is like a casino dealer, you better them or you lose. Blaqua Terra is good but is it better?
As always, a briiiiiiiilliant exposé on this model. I fully fully agree with your analysis.
Your opinions are so on point it’s crazy. Thanks for the great content.
Great insights as always! I will check out the 41mm AT at my local AD. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and all the best.
But why-oh-why do they refuse to lume the minute hand properly?
“ what has Omega ever done for us ? “….
“ the aquaducts……”
“ right .. other than the aquaducts …..?”
Great review !
...Democracy, Roads etc. 😆
@@ID-Guy “ alright , alright …. other than the Speedy , the Seamaster , the Railmaster and the Ploprof …. Oh and the 165 … what has Omega ever done for us … eh ? “
Omega did this in the early 2000s. The first Aqua Terra with the 2500 caliber movement was basically this watch but with the modern movement/parts.
I guarantee you that will be launching a S&G version with the black dial next. That would be interesting to see!
So many colors, but no no date option? And, when something actually new? Where is the 165.024 ?
My God that full titanium render❤️
But I’d remove the polish from the bracelet center links and put some on the case instead, like the World Timer AT, and maybe a power reserve indicator at the back🤔.
Also like 35k less, thanks Omega😊
Disagree here on the full polish. Just as it should be, versatile. Would hope for a Railmaster version like the older Aqua Terra.
Thought the dial is polished black ZrO2. But still stunning beautiful. Love the little improvement of the bracelet as well.
