The problem is that the western media represent Serbia in a terrible way and everyone thinks that we hate everyone here. Everyone is welcome here, we will always welcome everyone and we want to host in the best way. Everyone who comes to Serbia once is always happy to return, the best nightlife in Europe, the best food, and above all it is cheap. Whoever wants to come is always welcome. Merry Christmas and lots of kisses from Serbia to the whole world.
It's their agenda and global politics. Most of the people around the world don't care about Serbia and don't even know where Serbia is. Trust me, I've met a lot of foreigners around the world.
Serbia is pretty much the only non eu country with good relations with Russia and China. Why do you think countries that opposes RU and CN smear us with bad reputation? Western powers like puppets not sovreign independent states.
@@mrmixitup6128 Hi, I would love to help. I wonder what confuses you? I think he explained it well if you watched it totally- it is not people being aggressive- but more being assertive and expressing what they really think. One of the comments said that and it is also about being direct and honest- which if you compare with west is not very common. We are passionate people, loud people and this all together Belgrade beat described with aggressive passive. Me, an my experience living for a decade on the “west” side I would change this passive aggressiveness any time for aggressive passive as he described. Aggressive is part about honest and having strong belief system and not being afraid to say what you think. Please ask if you need more in details
@@mrmixitup6128 😂😂😂 I love the way you limit to words. I would say you Sir haven’t watched video the way it was but the way you wanted to see. I can also see you are not open to hear opinion and for you everything is already set in stone. Once again @BelgradeBeat didn’t mean agressivnes as being violent , once again I didn’t mean loud as being angry and shout in your face(i don’t see how and based on what can you twist words) but more -imagine Spanish or Italian people or greek- would you call their loudness and describe them as aggressive nation? I would say you are very literate with words and can not understand the metaphor . Being honest is not shouting and that is not what I referred to Sir. Sir I referred to being honest when things are not right, not fair towards other person, when people can not honestly say what they think about something and act differently- so many examples- please I beg you to be civilized and see a bit further then literate meaning of a word. And I warmly suggest to go to Belgrade with open mind and enjoy people.
There are other options for public transportation. 1. There are daily cards. Cost of card is 40 din, and prices for one day is 250, 3 days 700 and 5 days 1000 din. All from 4 h -24 h. 2. There are personalize card. For foreigners is A2 card, it cost 250 din for creating, and price for zones 1 and 2 is 3275 din per month. That is like 37, 90 min tickets. Also you don't have to validate it every time you enter the vehicle. But all of this is subject of change, as card selling company will be changed.
That doesn’t seem like a good relationship if you can only stay 30 days. I arrived in Serbia 🇷🇸 on November 2nd and as an American 🇺🇸 passport holder I could stay 3 months. My air bnb host in Uzice was relying on Chinese tour groups en route to Sarajevo from Belgrade. I had no problem with buses and trains as driving a car with parking is a hassle. Can’t believe all the cars blocking sidewalks due to lack of parking. I stayed in hotels with gyms as I had access even on weekends when all gyms closed. Hopefully they won’t close on weekends during holidays now that they implemented new testing guidelines and prime minister got vaccinated.
@@fantasticfive8367 Didn’t see that many Chinese communities in Serbia 🇷🇸. Lots of Americans working remotely even in places like Uzice. My host there pointed out that even Chinese restaurant, Zen Sen, near Eco Republic Hostel served mostly Serbian food. It definitely isn’t like San Francisco where many varieties of Chinese food is available. I can just get it from my Guangzhou born hospitalable neighbor now restaurants are closing due to our city leadership restricting their ability to remain profitable. Chinese in Serbia didn’t seem quite as well integrated. Saw they were building a large Confucius Institute in Zemun near the Palace Serbia. Maybe that is likely to change.
Hey gal ! Do you miss your country after 1 year? Another question - which country do you like most between Serbia & Albania? Reason I'm asking is because we're thinking of Serbia. Enjoy your time there, wherever that would be. Be safe, stay happy! 🙏🧧🏮💖
hh I've got exactly the same story here. It was prepared to be an urgent trip for a few months and ends up to be seemingly infinite. Actually, there's an alternative way to extend the stay in Serbia, which I'd better message you in private if you don't mind.
