Some components of glue are hallucinogenic, so some people sniff glue to get high. The joke is that Potemkin players either 1. Are so idiotic they like the taste of glue,
or 2. They are constantly high from eating glue.
This joke, as you might tell from the video, stems from Potemkin players being a bit silly
What would happen if they both Heavenly Potemkin Bustered each other at the same time?
