@yeechaikok3365 In Japan, there are certain areas of the road where bicycles are allowed to ride, and the installation of front and rear brakes is required by law. Helmets are also mandatory in Japan.
To explain this in a way that even an idiot can understand, gun possession is allowed in the U.S., but in Japan, gun possession is prohibited by law. You are not allowed to own a gun in Japan just because you are an American.
In the same way, if you want to ride your bicycle on Japanese roads, you must install brakes according to Japanese law.
If you do not like that, you should not come to Japan.
I am Japanese, but I am frightened by their dangerous behavior.
