@FewCandy: I work for the Swiss Cargo national railway company - two things you should correct: don’t mix oil trains with normal cargo trains, you either transport oil or not, there are no mixed trains. The other thing is, you wanted to create some sort of Cargo Terminal. In order to arrange the wagons, you need a platform that rotates and allows to take wagons away, turn them and put them for example at the end of the train. This platform is also used to take the locomotive away and put it on the other end of the train (otherwise they can’t come back)

I love that industrial detailing. I like how in places the pavement trails off into piles of debris and then to overgrowth. I’ve seen this a lot in older industrial areas especially ones that border unused and/or natural areas. I’d love to see you tackle a rustbelt style city, perhaps similar to Cleveland, Ohio. Sooooooo much run-down industry there, some of it abandoned or semi-abandoned with lots of overgrowth and debris.
Those Industrial Evolution saw tooth roof buildings are probably my favorite industrial buildings. They fuse so well and look like a single big plant, and with a L1 building at the end it looks like a company from the 19th century got successful and expanded out during the 20th-I’ve seen a lot of factories like that in real life. Real factories are often huge and vanilla ones just don’t look right.
“Rail Road Resinworks” or the “Triple R Junction” for that household plastic factory formed along your train yard. I wish I’m creative enough for a punny wordplay.
Two train-related episodes in one week! Yes please! The little pocket of industry/warehouses looks sooo good, and the rail yard's cinematics overlooking the stadium is perfection. Blends really nicely even though its heavy industry with a modern stadium :)

The main local train network should really run all around the islands coast, having that kinda meandering train line would be very scenic and fit the vibe.
Man that trainyard is impressive, you managed to fit in so many buildings and details with so little space. Never fails to amaze me how you use these awkward spaces to create fitting and realistic builds! Same with the little industrial yard, it feels like it was meant to be exactly there. Do you have any advice for working with these kinda awkward spaces? I always end up with a bunch of tree covered lots in and around my cities cause I can't figure out what to put there.
Name idea for the industrial and train yard area: Solitriangle, since it's sorta hemmed in between the road and train lines in a triangle shape.
Also, it's such a little detail, but the fact you put in disability parking spots every time you make a parking lot is so lovely :3

My granddaughter had idea for school decorating elementary, which I remember her doing in real life few yrs back, use the nature park log store as a place to encourage insects!!! Teaching kids all creatures are important.

those little buildings in the new industrial area by the train tracks (with the yellow parking spaces) reminds me of storage units! Those rentable spaces where people or businesses pay to store their excess items like furniture or supplies. This is the EXACT kind of area I would expect to find that kind of establishment! looks perfect!

what about a historical área Made mostly about historical spanish buildings of the 19 Century buildings,where a old comercial port was build and Now it is used for Turism in the island
Everything looks spectacular, as always, but... There is one problem with your railyard. There is no way for the train engine to "escape" from the dead-end :D Usually there is at least a switch at the end, so that the engine can switch to the other track and leave the carriages.
need more high density residential around the new railway station(maybe lower to mid rise apartments would be cool)

I had a thought that the Rail yard could be named after one of the Rail Roads on a Monopoly board. Pennsylvania Rail Road is one of them.
With this in mind coupled with the idea of honoring Fewcandy's past builds.
I'm imaging the rail yard being owned and operated by the Pinesylvania Rail Road Company.
