so garen passive on top of all of that, giving these mages sustain is really bad since they can just abuse it during laning phase, everyone complains about every new champ having 100 dashes but they dont notice that every new champ has some sort of heal or shield
@janvareca Can you even read? Garen gets passive regen out of combat. She needs to proc her passive (actively engage in combat) to get the healing. It is more like lillia passive healing.
And a very telegraphed end position Unstoppable champs still get hit by damage and cc, their dash just can't be canceled by the cc. Meaning that unless the cc is shorter than the dash duration, she'll still be cc'ed.

For instance, ornn's w makes him unstoppable, meaning that if he gets hit with morgana q he will finish his fire breath and continue walking a short distance, but after the ability ends he will be rooted for the rest of the durration. This just means that Aurora can't be stunned middash and left in the middle of her ult, which seems reasonable as that could be jarring both for her and enemies predicting her landing spot
I will add that unstoppable does have some very strong interactions with other abilities, such as by cancelling Mord R if used during its channel time, but its really not that overpowered in most cases (K'sante is a different story)
If I'm not mistaken they said Aurora came from a scraped concept that originated Sylas. So it's not exactly wrong to say she is 7+ years, just not exactly accurate. 😅

this champ is akali but better, her q is more practical for waveclear and damage, her w is akali shroud but better, her e is akali e but more of a disengage and her r is akali r but done a little differently.

So let me TLDR this: 1. Has % Max HP damage . 2. Has % Missing HP damage. 3. Gains bonus MS. 3. Two abilities are dashes which can ignore terrains. 4. Has stealth with reset. 5. Ult is Camille ult but 2.0, can lock entire enemy team down, inside which she can also dash, ignoring terrain. If you ask me, and I can't fricking believe I am saying this, this makes K'sante look fair to some extent

Support Aurora gank and instakill you, if you try to fight back she dissapear and kill you when her teamate reach you, back 10 second and 6 dash later in her lane. Also do not care about xp since lvl 6 + zhonya will be enough to destroy any teamfight.

It’s actually not quite as good as Camille Ult for locking people down. It’s much bigger so easier to get close to your team or kite away from her. You can flash or blink out of it, which you can’t do with camille Ult.
@@GamerGypps except camille ult gets completely removed by say Alistar W or any other displacement effect. Also, the play area is still rather small ESPECIALLY if it's in the river or jungle and it gets cut in half by any form of terrain.

@@philippmayenburg7282 given that champs like Xayah and Shaco which are similar gameplay wise, I would argue they have been working on that for a bit. Except for you know, being stuck in walls and out of map for the ult taking 3 years and a Skarner rework to fix (in case you didn't know, that rework took so long because important code was part of Skarner's code and deleting him made many champs, even new ones, not work properly)
Great video but here is what I've gathered on what I'd do on this champ. Rod or ludens (tanky or burst like twisted fate builds) Nashors (core item) Shadow flame (ap crit and amplifies the execute on the Q) Rabaddon ( completing this item alone with the above items would almost give her an additional 2-3% extra max hp damage and almost 9% extra move speed if I understand the passive correctly) I guess you could go any kind of boots (since this is a max HP damage champion, there's no stress on sorcerer boots, you can go anything really) Rylais is also really good here (just run people down) but I would prefer a defensive item instead like zhonyas or banshees. Why go electrocute when you could go conquerer, all of that adaptive could top off any odd ap stats numbers and give more move speed and hp damage. That would definitely outperform electrocute. PTA would also be good, phase rush would be great vs counter picks like kassadin or cassiopea. I'd go conquerer on this champ 1- presence of mind 2- legend haste 3-cut down feels good here, coup degrace maybe overkill? I'm not sure Phase Rush build: 1- mana flow (really all of the first row are great here) if you go tear then forget manaflow and go with null for burst ap champs or nimbus if you're going ignite, ghost, or aggressive runes. 2- Transcendence is important imo, I would go for celerity on an MS build though, most OP stat in the game hands down. 3- Scorch all the way, screw gathering (takes way too long to see returns) and river walking is a very specific rune so screw that as well. The poke you get early can relieve pressure off you and your jungler or team. Man I read all of her abilities and she feels like she could be another god damn AD leblanc, neeko, twisted fate build. Go on hit and run PTA. I don't see anything that would make this viable but I have an uneasy feeling about her. Imagine an adc that locks you in her zone with a static shiv, Nashors, RC, BORK, Rage blade build, and can dash several times around that zone and unstoppable? I like this champ but there's a lot that can be abused here. The norm with new champions but 7 years to do the same crap seems like an overstatement to me XD By the way she could totally go support, run a Rylais build on bot with locket, black fire or liandries. None is ever moving again imo. Top sounds decent but I don't think you should give this champ that kind of lane. Too snowbally. My experience with max hp champs is that they need a long time to scale against top laners, even if they're fed. By third or fourth item you'll be able to destroy them. I think there's more value in mid (a very volatile lane) or bot (equally volatile) but there's more potential for damage. Long comment, excuse me but thank you for reading. Have a great day

the last couple of champs including this one have been pretty chill if you compare them to things like Yone, Belveth, Viego, and Kisante so I think riot is trying to slowly but surely dial back the '200 years game design" out of champs

there is this thing called power budget, some champs have really simple abilities but they compensate in other metrics, Kha'zix's ultimate is perfect for HIS kit and works well with how his power budget is distributed, hence it takes the place of a powerful ultimate since k6's powerful abilities are his basic spells (mostly cause he's an early game character being an assasin jungle, being 100% dependant on ult would be bad if you have to snowball in a role that depends on ganking and has no neutral game)

This is much closer to Aurora's W too, because it's basically the same ability. Kha's R has multiple parts to it that matter, beyond just "It's a stealth." Yes, it's a Stealth, but one that -enables his passive bonus damage, -evolves and improves his other abilites, and -If he evolves his R, gains an extra charge AND passively stealths him in bushes. Hell, Vayne R makes Vayne's Q literally the same ability, without it going over walls. Twitch also has Stealth on a basic ability. Eve has it as a passive. Teemo has been able to turn invisible in bushes for ever as a passive. etc, etc. In the same vein, are you upset about Tahm Kench W? Because an AoE knock-up that sends the champ in the middle is Malphite's ultimate! TAHM STOLE MALPHITE'S ULT AND MADE IT A BASIC ABILITY!! EDIT: Minor correction here. Stealth, as a mechanic in League, is what Eve/Twitch/Akshan have. IE, the one you can see if you're within a certain range, or with control wards. Invisibility is what Kha'Zix, Akali, Vayne and Shaco have, and cannot be seen at all while in it.

If not, what happens when she dies and Viego takes her over directly after? Can he use the Portals? Can dashes that couldnt usually pass through walls pass through the ult? Like Belveth Q/Lillia W What about Skarner E? What about Sion R? I just thought of a few more: What about Talon E? What about morde Ult? Especially when she ults after him, can she Portal out of the death realm? What about Smolder E? What about Nunu W? What about Kench R? Can he eat someone who is trapped from the outside? Does the Wall act as a wall towards abilities that are stopped by one like Nauti hook? What about an allied Qiyana ult? Can Poppy stop her Dash from the Ult? If she stops the first part, does it still get cast? Can she still Portal to the otherside when grounded? Can enemies get pulled/pushed out of the ult with hooks and knockbacks? What happens when she herself is pushed/pulled out of her ult? Is kogmaw passive bound by the Ult? When Neeko is disguised as her, can she use the Portals? When enemy Neeko is disguised as a minion, can she walk through the wall? What if youre feared/charmed into the wall? What about mundo with passive ready? Does it proc? If so, does he still get pulled back? What about Malz passive? What about Xayah Ult? Does Rammus Q get canceled? Does it proc a slide parry from Fiora? What about spellshields? Does it get canceled by smth like Kassadin Q/Camille ult? What about a champ who is berserk focused on someone outside of it? What about Udyr double E? Can Gnar stun people on it? Is Gwen Immune to it in her W? How bout Blackshield?
I thought Aphelios was complicated until Riot released Hwei. Now every other champion that is released by Riot, I expect to have one million dashes, 2 million different spell combinations along with %/true max/current hp physical/magic damage. Oh or and execute that works too

She has a monstrous slow (that also provides distance) and stealth. If she doesn't win the fight she simply never gives you the fight. It's like saying Lillia is bad in 1v1s which is technically true, but someone like Graves or whatever is literally never killing her anyway since she just runs away.
So we have shaco stealth with a reset, Lilia Passiv movespeed and a Camille ultimate on crack.

It’s actually not quite as good as Camille Ult for locking people down. It’s much bigger so easier to get close to your team or kite away from her. You can flash or blink out of it, which you can’t do with camille Ult.
@@GamerGypps except camille ult gets completely removed by say Alistar W or any other displacement effect. Also, the play area is still rather small ESPECIALLY if it's in the river or jungle and it gets cut in half by any form of terrain.
So Aurora’s passive is just basically Alaskan’s passive but AP and her ult is just a better Camille ult

Except for you know, being stuck in walls and out of map for the ult taking 3 years and a Skarner rework to fix (in case you didn't know, that rework took so long because important code was part of Skarner's code and deleting him made many champs, even new ones, not work properly)

Great video but here is what I've gathered on what I'd do on this champ.
Rod or ludens (tanky or burst like twisted fate builds)
Nashors (core item)
Shadow flame (ap crit and amplifies the execute on the Q)
Rabaddon ( completing this item alone with the above items would almost give her an additional 2-3% extra max hp damage and almost 9% extra move speed if I understand the passive correctly)
I guess you could go any kind of boots (since this is a max HP damage champion, there's no stress on sorcerer boots, you can go anything really)
Rylais is also really good here (just run people down) but I would prefer a defensive item instead like zhonyas or banshees.
Why go electrocute when you could go conquerer, all of that adaptive could top off any odd ap stats numbers and give more move speed and hp damage. That would definitely outperform electrocute.
PTA would also be good, phase rush would be great vs counter picks like kassadin or cassiopea.
I'd go conquerer on this champ
1- presence of mind
2- legend haste
3-cut down feels good here, coup degrace maybe overkill? I'm not sure
Phase Rush build:
1- mana flow (really all of the first row are great here) if you go tear then forget manaflow and go with null for burst ap champs or nimbus if you're going ignite, ghost, or aggressive runes.
2- Transcendence is important imo, I would go for celerity on an MS build though, most OP stat in the game hands down.
3- Scorch all the way, screw gathering (takes way too long to see returns) and river walking is a very specific rune so screw that as well. The poke you get early can relieve pressure off you and your jungler or team.
Man I read all of her abilities and she feels like she could be another god damn AD leblanc, neeko, twisted fate build. Go on hit and run PTA. I don't see anything that would make this viable but I have an uneasy feeling about her. Imagine an adc that locks you in her zone with a static shiv, Nashors, RC, BORK, Rage blade build, and can dash several times around that zone and unstoppable?
I like this champ but there's a lot that can be abused here. The norm with new champions but 7 years to do the same crap seems like an overstatement to me XD
By the way she could totally go support, run a Rylais build on bot with locket, black fire or liandries. None is ever moving again imo.
Top sounds decent but I don't think you should give this champ that kind of lane. Too snowbally.
My experience with max hp champs is that they need a long time to scale against top laners, even if they're fed. By third or fourth item you'll be able to destroy them. I think there's more value in mid (a very volatile lane) or bot (equally volatile) but there's more potential for damage.

Aurelion is probably the biggest winner tbh. Impossible to miss The Skies Descend is the world's easiest teamfight. Same for Galio tbh who already was insane with Camille just catching ONE person.

there is this thing called power budget, some champs have really simple abilities but they compensate in other metrics, Kha'zix's ultimate is perfect for HIS kit and works well with how his power budget is distributed, hence it takes the place of a powerful ultimate since k6's powerful abilities are his basic spells (mostly cause he's an early game character being an assasin jungle, being 100% dependant on ult would be bad if you have to snowball in a role that depends on ganking and has no neutral game)

What I mean is that newer champs will get something that previous champs had as their ultimate abilities or was a bit more exclusive , yet they add a lot more complex things such as % max health damage, invisibility and other things that should've been more exclusive to the game

This is much closer to Aurora's W too, because it's basically the same ability. Kha's R has multiple parts to it that matter, beyond just "It's a stealth." Yes, it's a Stealth, but one that -enables his passive bonus damage, -evolves and improves his other abilites, and -If he evolves his R, gains an extra charge AND passively stealths him in bushes.
Hell, Vayne R makes Vayne's Q literally the same ability, without it going over walls. Twitch also has Stealth on a basic ability. Eve has it as a passive. Teemo has been able to turn invisible in bushes for ever as a passive. etc, etc.
In the same vein, are you upset about Tahm Kench W? Because an AoE knock-up that sends the champ in the middle is Malphite's ultimate! TAHM STOLE MALPHITE'S ULT AND MADE IT A BASIC ABILITY!!
EDIT: Minor correction here. Stealth, as a mechanic in League, is what Eve/Twitch/Akshan have. IE, the one you can see if you're within a certain range, or with control wards. Invisibility is what Kha'Zix, Akali, Vayne and Shaco have, and cannot be seen at all while in it.

I thought Aphelios was complicated until Riot released Hwei. Now every other champion that is released by Riot, I expect to have one million dashes, 2 million different spell combinations along with %/true max/current hp physical/magic damage. Oh or and execute that works too
I mean she just have one medium dash with a small reset time, a damage spell that have small dash, and her combo basically just QEQ

Her kit is unique, (a bit more than overloaded) but i can see myself really enjoying playing her
This looks like the type of champion Caps will be insane on if it's ever remotely strong in terms of numbers.
She is a mix of Gwen, Xayah, Talon and Lux. Q is xayah's E, W is talon E, E is lux R and her ultimate is Gwen W mixed with Zoe portals.
20 bucks says that within a month a bug that completely bugs her passive (for better or worse) emerges
