I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
She wants to convey that she has gone through the guidelines of SNU where a section titled Official high school enrollment certificate states that semester-wise marksheets must be submitted.
She only has semester-wise marksheets for grades IX and X. Her college only provided her with a final report card for grade 11, and she is currently in grade 12. She needs to apply for the fall semester at SNU and must send her latest transcript. The question is how she will do this. It is acceptable for her to send her grades from IX to XII.

Oh ok. I'm guessing that information she found it on page 8 of the application guideline. Please do let me know if that's exact. The university can only accept mark sheets or transcript of final year first semester. In case she succeed she'll still be ask for the full mark sheet or transcript for the 12 grade. In other words, if she's in the 12th grade, and the academic year has two semesters, since the year is already half gone it is assumed she already has the mark sheet or transcript for the first semester, that must be provided with the others for the previous years included. That's what will be used for evaluation plus a certificate of expected graduation saying she's about to graduate if possible application date and approximate total gpa should be included.

Sir basically there are two periods where u can apply for Seoul scholarships one in (fall ) and second in ( spring ) so mine question is that I’ll be passing my 12 th grade in 2025 so can i apply for ( fall ) semester by giving my expected marks to the university? Plz help

That will depend on the date of graduation that SNU will set for fall next year.

Sir I checked the guidelines of SNU [international I ] scholarship there is one section called as certificate.
In that section there’s return to send any 10 certificate which u have achieved in your school days so my half certificate has some changes that changes are that I was having my surname of my mom and in half I have surname of my father so should I make a certificate from my school that all the certificate awards are true becuz of her surname change there’s no isssue .
This will work or they’ll disqualify me

If there are changes in names, you have to provide documents to justify name change. Otherwise, that's not you.
