Hi Alexandra! For changing the speed, since the template goes from 0% to 100% in terms of finishing out the typed letters within the clip in the timeline by default, you can change the rate in which the letters type out by adjusting the speed of the clip itself using the "Rate Stretch" tool in Premiere Pro or by manually adjusting the speed within the "Speed/Duration" option after right-clicking the clip in your timeline.
As far as the stroke goes, we created it within the essential graphics panel here at 3:59. Is that what you are referring to?

Hey there! You just need premiere pro to download the template in the description, but to make it like it's done in this tutorial, you will need after effects.
