    Do I have to keep it in fridge or I can keep it in room temperature ? As there is no preservatives, can I store it in room temperature? If yes, for how long?

      @Popy Prapti , You can keep the ghee at room temperature easily for few months, make sure to not use wet spoons or hands while using the ghee, If you want to store it for longer period then store it in the refrigerator.

    I made the ghee same way but no danedar..ghee is tasty but texture is super smooth like wax. What can i do ???

      For Ghee to look Danedar, Weather should be appropriate. if it is Winter at your place the Ghee will solidify and will look super smooth like wax , but if it is Summer then it will look Danedar at room temperature...
      However, the taste will remain the same irrespective of the look of the Ghee.

    What if unsalted butter is not available, can it be made with salted butter? And as you mentioned "like good quality Ghee available in the market" then why should one take all the hassles and spend so much of time in making Ghee at home?

      @Santanu Saha , Yes you can make the Ghee using salted butter as well, However The ghee may not be of good quality and taste, Also there may be some salt residue.
      Spending time making ghee is a personal Choice. I do it personally as you can get the best quality Ghee at home, at Home Ghee is also Cheaper and you know what kind of Butter you are using to make it.

      @psn_mm156 , In my opinion both are good quality butters, I am personally using kirkland butter since long time to make ghee and it turns out superb quality all the time. however kerrygold claims to be coming from grass fed cows, so if you can get grass fed butter , its preferrable.

      @Manjulabawani Bawani Depending on the quality and quantity of Butter, you have to keep the Ghee on the Gas, Until the milk solids are separated properly from the Ghee. You can keep the Ghee at the room temperature, just remember to not put moist hands or spoon in it.

      @city light films, No Ghee can't be made from Nutralite, because nutralite is made of vegetable oils, Ghee can only be made from actual butter made from either cow milk or buffalo milk..
