I feel you. I lost my Roxie last year October. Hurt like heck. Now, Leo, our other Yorkie is at the vet, again. He had health issues and was at the vet last week. Today my dad took him to a vet in another town early this morning. I hope they don't need to operate, cause if they do he won't wake up. He's 12 years old and has heart issues. I'm scared if they have to operate he'll pass away on the operating table. I won't be able another such massive loss in such a short time. Edit. Need to make an update after finding this post. Leo passed away on February 9. And I'm absolutely heartbroken about it and in a depression.

I didn't want to be alone in my house after both of my Yorkies had passed, because I was so sad to face the fact that they were no longer there with me. But I know now that I should have sat with the sadness. I should have acknowledged it and accepted it, rather than trying and ultimately failing to run away from it. Running away from my intense pain only prolonged my suffering. After you have let yourself grieve (for however long that may be), thinking of them will cause you less and less pain and will be overtaken by feelings of gratitude for the existence of that special relationship you two shared. Eventually, you will feel grateful that you were able to love your precious dog that much and that you got to experience their love for you.

The plumber was pumping out the septic tank left lid off time I got him out he had drowned cpr everything no more Simon. I'll would love to have another one but I'm disabled and probably won't be able to ever afford one. I pray one comes my way!
Mine just turned one and words can not express the loss you are feeling. Maybe a little time and you will be able to get another. It took me 3 yrs to even talk to my wife about the one we lost.When we got our new boy I would sit and cry cause I still miss my other little guy. So since our little boy has been a hand full we are looking for a girl now.
I'm so very sorry. My first Yorkie passed at 16. I was beyond broken but after a few months of immense sadness, I decided to honor her by rescuing a 6 yr. old Yorkie from a puppy mill. It was the best thing I could have done. By helping her, she in turn rescued me. She's now 15 and each day is a gift. Please know it really does help if your loving heart helps a broken dog heal so both your hearts can recover together. 💗 💗

Ihave a Yorkie,she cant still the squirrels and the birds,and I love to see her chase them, because some squirrel's tore up the bottom of the seat of my patios chairs had to replace them.Diamond,my Yorkie can be sleeping and if isee them anytime during the day and I say "squirrel ",she will get out of her bed and a chase us on!!
My Yorkie sounds just like that! When he sees someone walking outside he tells me all about it...lol. He even says mama. Your little guys eyes looked scared and his ears are down. Hes acting like he's in trouble. Poor buddy!

Also when you see the whites of dogs eyes that is an indicator that they are anxious or scared. When my Yorkie heard you say " what did you do" he got upset. Lol. Maybe its not your voice or tone? Maybe the situation? But your little miss is displaying signs of anxiousness.i mean no disrespect. Yorkies can get worked up so easily. Mine talks to people and animals on TV like that. And bats me with his paws if he hears noises or anyone is walking in our neighborhood . Lol

My yorkie was a complainer about everything! And what a diva! Does yours ever throw tantrums over littlest things? Mine was more dramatic then a two year old!
This is only out of love, but i would highly recommend a harness around the body, rather than a collar around the neck. Yorkie’s have very sensitive necks and collars aren’t great for them. Big hugs your previous baby!
Previous! She will be 10 this year and yes we do have a harness the only reason she has collar is so she has her tags and before you make anymore assumptions we take it off after we let her out before bed.

Shes not scared at all, her ears look down because when we rescued her we didn't want to clip her ears like most people do

Dog behaviors need to be taken into context, which allot of times does not happen. If you dont use context then allot of dogs have 'problems'.
