Did a 400-mile round trip from Vancouver WA to Edmonds WA for a Christmas Eve family get-together on v13.2.2. Only 1 disengagement, and that was just before getting home, turning into my neighborhood! It is so amazing with city lane merges and roundabouts, hundreds of miles of I5 including 80mph driving and stop and go driving (in Seattle), then neighborhood driving and errands around Edmonds. The disengagement was because the turn into my neighborhood is from a suicide lane where you can turn in both directions. This instead of a dedicated turn lane, and it, for some reason, won't get into the suicide lane to make the turn. Silly error by FSD. Also rained on the drive home heavily 3 times, and fsd never gave up. It reduced its top available speed during the heavy rains and moved over to the slowest lane, but was able to at least stay at the speed limit. Sped back up again as the rain eased off to full hurry mode speed and performance!
@ ok, better in many aspects. I had a hesitant unprotected left turn I had to take over. The speed control they have nailed down. It’s still not getting into the correct lane for future turns. It’s not thinking ahead. When it gets to the parking lot, it’s trying to park itself but ends up taking 2 spaces. Not ribotaxi yet.
@delawarepilot of course it's not parking perfectly yet. If you read the release notes, you know that's coming up in a future version 13 release. It just currently pulls up either up in front of the building or kind of randomly tries to get off the road and parks over in the parking lot, but not specifically a spot. As for thinking ahead, it seems to be doing that for most folks with good lane selection ahead of time, including myself.
8:10 make sure to disengage and reengage directly again in such situations so you can send in a voice note. Those issues should really be fixed and if nobody reports them, the Team does not know that these are happening and have no data to train the network to avoid those. :)
Sometimes I forget to report because I’m filming and talking to the camera ;) They have many many reports of them from me in these exact spots though :) Thanks for watching!
I don’t record those stats but I don’t think I’ve had a critical disengagement since updating to v13. They mostly are navigation/lane fixes or weird behavior in Hotel/Casino entrances
It obviously can't see, if it's clear to go, when it is parked between cars. Should have installed fish lens camera on each of the corners of the car... maybe even inside the light housings...
The latest FSD software still has some issues. It cannot read and understand road signs such as DO NOT ENTER, or ROAD CLOSED. It also cannot consistently handle speed bumps or pot holes. It also routinely goes over the speed limit. By 10 mph or more .

Dude, apologies I didn't know you had YT account. Just subscribed! Let's get you to 1K!!!
Thanks for the love JC!
Yea, I’ve been doing this for fun since 2021 😁
@ Absolutely brother!
I finally get FSD 13 this morning, and the roads are covered in Ice.
And? Lets see how it performs! :)

Hey neighbor. I'm also using fsd in Vegas (NW side).
v13 is so good

@TimDOES ah okay! Just a good habit to always do this. Hope you got the car at home in your wifi, otherwise the car will hardly upload 🙂
5:39 why blue street lamps? Is drug usage at traffic lights such an issue? ;D
How many miles per critical disengagement do you think you're seeing on V13?

👍. 👏👏👏👏
