If you have issues with bolts and bits coming loose, use nord lock washers ( or Keilringsicherungsscheibenpaar if you prefer the German word 😂)
    They are the solution…
    Keep up the good work

Honestly I have machined a few manifolds but the amount of screwing around to get it straight it’s 10x easier quicker and better to just flatten it on a large belt sander. From my experience it’s amazing at how poor many of the custom manifolds are made and not made flat in any way

As someone on the track right now (at well 17 heading north) loctite is your friend. The corrugations this year are the worst they have ever been, with sections being over a foot deep, that combined with just how overgrown the track is makes it very hard on the gear.
Doesn’t matter the vehicle it will cop an absolute beating

The atomic 70 degree thermostats are a good bit of kit. Previously had temp round 100 degs after trips on skid row and then sitting in scummernats traffic at epic, with the atomic thermostat it doesnt get over 80 degs. Great channel mate love ya work

Exhaust manifold/turbo studs coming loose points to the exhaust pipe mounting not isolating movement and vibration from the engine properly because the dump pipe goes straight to a chassis mount instead of being supported to the block and transmission and then a flex pipe from there, which is why your front pipe was cracking a while ago. I remember back when you first made the exhaust saying you were going to have nothing but issues due to the mount placing and design.
I do hope the nuts are enough honestly the likely next problem at some point will be the studs stretching.

I have changed the exhaust mounts since I first built the car off camera. The flex is now further back in the system and the dump is no longer chassis mounted.
The front pipe cracked due to poor welds! The nuts were still coming loose even with the revised mounting, but this setup has solved it!

Look into using cone lock nuts on the hot side

Nuts coming loose, it's not the nuts.
It's the studs heat studs with OXY before tightening up nuts.
If studs are cold they will work lose under hi temperature
