    My method for my hair fall control. I mixed 3-4 drops of rosemary oil in my liitlexttra cocooninon shampoo during application and I kept on doing this for about 3-4 months and I noticed my hair fall reduced so much.

      I didn't believe initially that a shampoo could change the game. I was distressed by how much hair I was losing, however, as soon as I used the Cooconion shampoo, I really saw results from the very first use. It brought back the shine to my hair, it left my hair feeling soft and moisturized, with a wonderful smell. Ladies, you should definitely try it, nothing works as quickly and effectively. Thank you so much.

      Thank you for that! I’ve seen a lot of Caucasian women under fire for using Indian oils like neem, on their hair because it’s apparently considered “cultural appropriation” now 🫠🫠 gotta love kids now days and their ability to be offended by everything!
      But I’ve been following Indian hair growth hacks for 10 years now, at least! Ayurveda is amazing
      I tried neem but I’m very sensitive to smells and I couldn’t get past the fragrance and it was making me ill, even with the shower cap on so I had to wash it off 😭😭 I’m that way with most heavily fragranced things though

    AGREED 💯 10 percent!! there's sooo many different things out there nowadays to get hair growth but on the flip side rosemary & aloe vera & coconut oil supplements (one each) everyday & 66 ounces of H2O within 24 hours & exercise & eat green veggies💚🍏 smoothies/fruit plus tiny bite sizes of chicken added to a salad no salt & two tablespoons of salad dressing & eat well (BTW I push mow grass and do outdoor chores in my yard -home & garage) works better in my favor cuz everyone is different & everyone has different hair texture
    My hair texture is between wavy & curly & I do not dye my hair nor do I use a flat iron cuz too much heat isn't the way to go for my hair texture & like I said everyone is different
    Massages to the scalp is great I agree -I will try the nail rubbing today

    • @jungwonscactus9425
      @jungwonscactus9425 Рік тому

      I don’t recommend that. Rosemary oil is a hair growth oil and coconut oil is like a sealing oil. I don’t recommend coconut oil for oiling the hair because it WILL go rancid on your head, and make your hair smell horrible. It also has protein that can overload your hair if you use it too often. If you go with rosemary oil please please PLEASE do not put rosemary essential oil on your scalp it has to be diluted by carrier oils

    Yeah,, if you are not getting enough nutrients then you will experience severe hair fall.. I experienced severe hair fall and I lost my beautiful hair ! Now I am taking vitamin supplements to reverse my hair loss and its working. So only external applications of oil, mask etc not going to work if you are not getting enough nutrients through your food ..this is my point of view towards hair growth.. What you people say ..yes or no!?

      If that happens then it’s not suitable for your scalp so better use something else 🙏🏾
