  • How to make a breakfast skillet using shrimp as your protein.
    Ingredients
    Potatoes
    Shrimp
    Egg
    (Optional jalapeno and onion)
    Cheese
    Seasoning (salt pepper chili and garlic powder)
    Butter
    Corn
    Instructions
    Dice potatoes finely and preheat skillet over medium
    Add butter, potatoes and season liberally
    Meanwhile
    Slice jalapenos and add after potatoes have cooked for about 5 min
    Season shrimp with salt pepper garlic powder and chili powder
    Add shrimp and corn.
    Optional to remove potatoes at this time or to cook the eggs scrambled into the potatoes or fry your eggs. Up to you.
    When the shrimp and eggs are done, remove from the heat, place all ingredients in a bowl and serve!
