I just visited El Salvador and saw many prayer plants growing in business lobbies and cultivated gardens. Most were huge and healthy but some were crispy all over. This is in the tropics, so you all do not be too hard on yourselves! Saw so many common houseplants in this country, growing in the wild; super interesting ❤️
Amazing collection 💚 I just found the one you call rabbit tracks. I love the little leaves. I have six, one that you don’t have the Rotundafolia it was hard too find but is easy to grow. Totally agree Harli’s lemon lime is gorgeous. Wanted too Grey stripe but not for 120. Lol
I just got a warscewiczii for my birthday and I am just in awe. I already had an orbifolia, zebrina, vittata, and triostar. Have had the others for quite a bit and going strong, so I hope I can do well by my warscewiczii cos I'm so in love :)
I love your collection! I want the Marantas - the lemon lime and the red version. Right now I don’t really have a place to put them so I’m waiting until I have a chance to give some of the Kalanchoe and Jade plants I propagated to friends. Then I’ll have more room. Thank you for sharing! 💜
They all look great! I have a Calathea White Star that I put out in the sun, and now some of the leaves are all faded. Ugh. Just ordered an Orbifolia. Hope I can take care of it well.
As always your plants are on point. You mentioned you were going to move away from the fish fertilizer....have you tried Liqui-Dirt? I use it on all my plants including my Calatheas and have had good results. Harli G recommended it in one of her videos. Thanks for the videos they are very informative.
I love your plants and your videos! I have a number of plants in this family and I love them but I’m struggling with two. One is the calathea Dottie and the other is a medallion shaped leaf with magenta inside and black rims (idk the actual name). The common denominators are that they are both calathea, medallion shaped leaves and the foliage is darker. They just seem unhappy. Does anyone know any special care for these plants in the calathea family?
Why don't you have C. Ornata? Mine is dead because I was traveling and the plant was being taken care by somebody. However, my lancifolia and Red Maranta survived. So it seems that ornata is very finicky

It is definitely a finicky one!
Maybe you could trade some of your duplicates.🤔
