- Another amazing chicken recipe -- I have tons of these. This one was made on my snapchat and has been highly requested, to the point where I was getting nagged about it..so here it is. Stay tuned for the couscous recipe up next and much more.

This is a great method for getting crispy-skinned chicken wings in the oven without any added fats. Tossed in a flavorful glaze full of spice, sweetness, tanginess and freshness.
Inspired by Alton Brown who first showed me the baking powder method back in the day, and by Chef John who gave me cooking time tips for this method. Of course, this is my own spin on it, and I encourage you to do the same.

Made these today without the sambal because I didnt have any...used sriracha instead. These were FREAKING AMAZING!!!! Best wings I’ve ever had. I honestly was shocked by how crispy, yet wonderfully tender they turned out. The most wonderful thing about them is that they were baked and not fried!!!!! Buffalo Wild Wings will not be getting anymore of my $$$. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly but ended up having to cook only after a week (froze it with marinade) . Even then, the chicken tasted really good. Thanks for sharing. Very informative and interesting video.

Yesss to this recipe !! However for your guys who wanna do it quick just fry the wings with out the flour make sure you season it the same exact way just fry them instead of using the baking method to me it’s faster but if I had time I would do this I personally dislike using flour because after the sauce is on it makes them a bit soggy idk just me but I love this recipe !

I made these twice, once for a super bowl party and once just for dinner. They are seriously amazing! People at my party were even pointing to the wings and saying those are the bomb! The only difference was I cooked them in the air fryer instead of the stove. My husband who loves buffalo wings, actually told me he likes these better! Wow! Thanks for sharing this!

This is by far the best wing recipe I have ever tried! Permanent staple for me now:)! I let the wings marinate overnight and the flavor is out of this world!! The wings were also nice and crispy!!!! I usually like a lot of sauce on my wings but I did as you suggested by just lightly coating the wings with the sauce and they were AMAZING!! Thank you:)!!!
