Why did he just randomly take the doll out? Surely he knew it was there and if he didn't then he should have known something was wrong instantly? Maybe I'm being too harsh but I found this unrealistic and mediocre. Meh.

Personally, not to argue but just to respond, I like that for a short film we didn't need all the context. We clicked to see a creepy doll and by golly we got that! No further set up or explanation required.
