Anupam was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) in 2017. After the diagnosis of T2DM, he followed a low carbohydrate high-fat diet and reversed his T2DM within a year. Sar Khali pet meri sugar 141 aati hai aur hba1c 6.6 hai kya main diabetic patient hun aur main koi dawai bhi nahin le rahi hun subah nashte mein giloy methi ka pani piti hun uske bad ek kab dudh wali chai aur FIR ek do ghante 10:30 ya 11:00 ke kareeb do roti besan ki ya FIR multigrain aate wali lassi aur sabji ke sath khati hun FIR dopahar ko 2:30 ek ya do roti sabji ke sath Raat Ko bhi ek ya do roti hi leti hun protein mein sar kya Lena chahie main ful vegetarian hu. Ek bar to hba1c 5.4 a gaya tha. Tab main lagbhag 6 km ammeter walking karte the subah Sham sardiyon mein walking chhut gai h. Kabhi kabhi aankhon mein dhundhlapan sa Ho jata hai sar Ho jata hai sar
