this season just feels impossible on console 😭 in GM at least, every game is a stack of 3-5 ximmers paired with the fact you’ll only gain 15-19% and always lose 22-30%. i think blizzard needs to revert the whole stacking idea tbh😭😭

Yeah, I ended up completely quitting ranked an eventually overwatch as a whole because of stuff like this. It was just too mentally draining, and honestly makes going for top 500 not worth it.
This is just me but this whole problem with xim and cronus and what not could have been resolved much easier had keyboard and mouse functionality been added. When cod cold war came out they added it and it works just like how you'd play it on pc, no aim assist on console when using a keyboard and mouse.

I'm really sad cuz I'm a top500 genji otp on console and I post some videos and I really wanted to do more content now that genji is in a good spot, but every game have ximmers and now they're stacking and can hit even more shots than before because of the hitbox changes, it's sad
It's been said a billion times before, but Blizzard really needs to crack down on Ximmers. Running up against Ximmers has gotta be one of the biggest grind killers ever man. It makes me feel like trying to improve is completely useless. And anyone who says that Ximmers aren't a big deal or don't have an advantage is part of the problem. I mean Ximmers are basically mouse and keyboard players with soft aimbot. It wouldn't be fair for PC players to go up against them, much less console players. I love getting blamed for losing the match because I'm playing Mercy on console even though we're playing tankless against 3 tanks, a Bastion and a Moira and I'm the reason my team has an average of 4 deaths to the enemy's 11 average deaths
Don’t 343 and Ubi have xim support for Halo mcc and r6? If so why doesn’t blizzard do that, there must be some technicalities because apex doesn’t either. It’d be gloriously funny watching them drop ranks once they don’t have aim assist, hopefully they all get banned and I think some have as of this video.
If it’s a goal that you have and you wanna reach it then shoot for it but other than that there’s no point the ranked rewards in my opinion are not the best and people just get really weird
