The Panhandle is dedicated to farming and logging. That's why it's not heavily populated except for it's port city of Jacksonville. Agribusiness is the name of the game in northern Florida. We do have some beautiful beaches.
Dumb....i can name 6 or 7 Military bases in just 3 northern Florida counties. This isnt a very thought out video. We wont even talk about Jacksonville or Pensacola.
Exxxaaacctly. We live in Panama City and it is CROWDED here especially with Tyndall Air Force Base being close by. I have to leave my house at 6.00am just to avoid the morning traffic. This video is dumb.
You ignore the fact the largest city in Florida is Jacksonville, in NORTHERN Florida (you use metropolitan area instead of city). Also, Jacksonville is the largest city by land area in the entire United States. Also, don't forget that North Florida has the state's best beaches.
In Nassau County where I live, developers are building 25,000 houses. The new town is called Wildlight. The once sleepy beaches of Northeast Florida will be overrun with newcomers. Whoopee 😢
I lived there for 14 yrs. The water is clear and the sand is like salt it's so white. The best places are in the N.W. Florida. Yes Eglin AFB owns a lot of land but they lease it to people for 100yrs at $1 a year.
BTW….not impossible since the governor lives here in Tallahassee along with 196,000 others..and Jacksonville is the largest in Florida…and Pensacola with the white powder beaches running south..is pilot training..and Elgin Air Force Base just east of that…it really is an attemp to put out useless information…and I have been to the governor’s mansion a few times..for Christmas dinner…kind of hiding just off Monroe…
I don't live in northern Florida (I don't live in Florida at all or the southern US) but I've been there. This presentation is pure clickbait and is totally untrue. Almost ridiculous..
"Why Nobody Lives in Northern Florida". 99% of your content was great, yet you still went with a click-bait title, which earned you a thumbs-down. And be sure to disregard the people in Pensacola, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, just to name a few.
Mainly because Northern Florida Northwest Florida there are huge military bases plus the fact that it is farmland and Pine Forest not to mention the US National Forrest and the state millions of acres. I live here and been all over the US And never saw anywhere else I rather be.
Nobody lives in northern florida, he claims in the title, then says 18% of the state population lives there. so is it nobody or somebody actually? and isnt the capital city of Tallahassee there? somebody has to live there right?
I live in Walton county. Dude your insane. The beaches here are out of this world. And the intercoastal waterway extends from close to Pensacola through to Panama city beach. And as far as amount of people has slot to do with the fact that 28% of all land is owned by the military up here
Whatever you think you may know…the capital city is Tallahassee, where I have lived since May..2001..and ask SIRI and you find out Tallahassee has a population of 196,000..people…Jacksonville, which I used to pass all the time on I-95 going south to Ft Lauderdale ..is the largest city in the state…but I guess you just felt you had to make a video…sounding smart without actually being smart…you would think the opposite is true since the southern part has the wetlands…where you cannot build and where the gators run wild..plus a few hungry bears…and from south of Sarasota going east to the east side…that’s called gator alley…fences on both sides of the road….don’t break down or run out of gas…like it says…gator alley..and the gators are not shy…swamps are not for building on…and the south usually gets the storms…hurricane style…from Miami-Dade to the Tampa side…but go ahead and keep making insane videos…
We are very happy in the Panhandle that the majority of the population lives in south Florida thank you very much. A the comment on lack of natural harbors is BS - great harbors in Pensacola, Panama City and Jacksonville.
◇¿||?◇ .....Jacksonville, Tampa & Pensacola.....Plus northern Florida acts as a connecting bridge 🌉 to the rest of the US since Florida can be considered a somewhat semi island 🏝 with most of it not being part of the mainland US IMHO check.....
People who come to Florida are clueless. Keep going to South / Central Florida. North Florida is terrible. Awful!!! Particularly in North Central Florida. Do not move there. Awful. Terrible. Awful! Go south. Trust me!!! Really bad! Did I say go south. Really bad up North. He. He.
This guy apparently has never been to northern Florida.
"Why Nobody Lives In Northern Florida" begins @7:00.

Destin is probably one the biggest tourists destination now. Used be a little gem of place, now it's over crowded during the summer.

Wrong
Best beaches? Nope…
@@aaaqqwwqqddsw5509 Yep
hardly. Pensacola to Panama City has great beaches. The rest of the gulf down to Crystal River is swsmp and mud.
@@psalmer5690 Pensacola to Panama City IS North Florida, in case you weren't aware.
I grew up in the panhandle. Mangroves. Lol. 100 miles of white sandy beaches from Panama City to Pensacola. No lack of development there either.
In Nassau County where I live, developers are building 25,000 houses. The new town is called Wildlight. The once sleepy beaches of Northeast Florida will be overrun with newcomers. Whoopee 😢
Yes, Northern Florida is a horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE ... EVER!!
Lol. I agree. no one else needs to move here ever. Stay away 😉
its not the heat, its the stupidity.
There are a lot of people living there.
So northern FL is more swampy and has few rivers. Why is this video 9+ minutes long...
For ad revenue.

He has never been to the Emerald Coast. Of mainland FL, it has the most beautiful beaches.
It's no contest and FL has some awesome beaches.

Everytime I look at Florida I always think of Italy By the way it's Shaped 💚🤍❤️
❤I live in Niceville which is in Northern FL. The people are great, housing is great and the place is beautiful!
Leave Florida with its hurricanes and crumbling steel reinforced condos to the manatees.
I would rather live in north Florida than south, we don’t get hit by hurricanes as much as south.☹️
Yes. The panhandle has terrible beaches. You're right. Go south! Buddy, you've never been to Florida. Right?
Some of the panhandle beaches are the best in the world
Mainly because Northern Florida Northwest Florida there are huge military bases plus the fact that it is farmland and Pine Forest not to mention the US National Forrest and the state millions of acres. I live here and been all over the US And never saw anywhere else I rather be.

Jacksonville doesn’t count. Everyone knows it is S. Georgia, not Florida.
This was a waste of time watching.👎
i wouldnt live in florida because here comes the second hurricane in a few weeks.
You overlooked the Port of Jacksonville.
Nobody lives in northern florida, he claims in the title, then says 18% of the state population lives there. so is it nobody or somebody actually? and isnt the capital city of Tallahassee there? somebody has to live there right?
I live freely and happily in Horseshoe bch FL. Where they say no one wants to live. Go figure

You’d have to put a gun to my head to get me to live in central to South Florida. No way Jose. Pensacola and happy.
We are very happy in the Panhandle that the majority of the population lives in south Florida thank you very much. A the comment on lack of natural harbors is BS - great harbors in Pensacola, Panama City and Jacksonville.
Thank you for your comment and feedback! Appreciate it!
Soooo many facts wrong...first of the people that live in Florida never say "Northern", it's just north Florida.
Chat am i cooked?
