It's nice to know that you got here OK. Just a couple of bits of advice, First, watch the roads when you cross (it will take a while to get used to them).
Secondly, don't try to do and see everything at once. It takes a while to really get over jet-lag so you'll only end up even more tired than you are already.
Oh, and don't buy too much food at once for your flat because it doesn't keep as long as the foods you're used to. Other than that, just enjoy exploring
