Using this app on my OnePlus 6.. needless to say...the output is so good even factoring the considerable quality of the stock OnePlus app itself.. practically magic.
I've had the note 8 since it was released, I just purchased a pixel 2 xl because I caught a very good deal, I must say, I haven't used my note 8 since, but I definitely wouldn't get rid of it lol
I own a brand new pixel 2, I was very excited about it based on all those ravishing reviews, but I've discovered a few shortcomings like uneven background blurriness and very crappy panoramic shots which are blurry and the stiching is really terrible. This is very disappointing because Nexus 5 did a great job in panoramic shots. By the way, there are no reviews about panoramic shots on UA-cam, could someone point that out so Google can work hard on fixing these issues?

What about shooting moving objects? There's always blurred parts when I want to take pictures of children playing, mtb shots, any moving object for that matter. I'm very disappointed, as I wanted the best portable camera to take with me on my mountain bike trips. Any help would be much appreciated.
If you're shooting during daylight it wouldn't be a problem especially with HDR+ (not the enhanced version). As you go to lower light conditions, a bigger sensor like a DSLR would be required for moving objects.
Ahmed Kareem iPhone looks great, but I've seen a few comparisons where it washes out the sky or bright objects in backgrounds. For portrait photography, I actually disagree with this reviewer though. I think the iPhone looks better even if it's less sharp

Ahmed Kareem makes sense. The "dull colors" is just software, but because the screen is LG, not Samsung, the blue color at an angle is definitely real. Burn-in is random and most people can't see it, but totally fair if it's caused by manufacturing issues. Granted, the pixel 2 has a great Samsung screen assuming you're ok with big bezels.

maans le roux They're still the same pixel however it can use two sides of it and then combine it as one in order for better images, better depth perception and faster focussing as one pixel can do double the work whilst still being part of the same pixel... I THINK! Loool.
Why the phone companies can make thicker phones but smaler. It would save many eyes from wearing glases and it is much more conviniente to put into the pocket. I woukd never ever gonna but 5 inch or bigger phone no matter how good the phone would be.

I spent 2 hours on the phone last night with Verizon and google and after doing everything we can, including erasing the entire phone and rebooting it, the camera is still junk! Of course Verizon isn't going to do anything and google told me to send it in and if the lite scratches are too bad they will just send it back to me and then I have a broken phone. But, if my 14 month old phone is in perfect condition they will replace it. Anyone want to take any bets on what they think? Actually I'm going to get a cheap phone with Cricket or someone for the time being, and If Verizon or google screw me, they can keep their number and their overpriced junk.

Only hours after the pre order start the expected delivery for th XL 2 was last week in Nov or 1st week in Dec to Canada. The regular pixel 2 is only through carrier available before Nov. Anywhere unlocked it's mid Nov. I'm not interested in the small one.
That's only part of the issue though. If it was loaded with all the hardware bells and whistles it would be at least worth the wait. Like I said though, software can be updated and Ali's can be improved and camera software can be improved as well. Hardware is permanent. What there isn't changing physically from a hardware stand point. And as I do I d out tonight with the note 8, they have wife's HDMI compatibility back. That's very rare in 2017.
I m watching this review on my pixel 2 ...the only and the biggest problem which u missed to mention is that it absolutely does not show real colour in pics captured .red appear to be brick brown ...it's pathetic..it's a overpriced phone
Bikko Looking at the 4k 60 samples from the iPhone X and it looks trash. 4k 30 on the x looked better in terms of hdr and colors. When it processed the video it can't keep up and because of this the iPhone X might be recording in more framerate but the colors look horrible. It simply isn't the best...

Peter Tollan it's a lot better... You forget the Nexus 5x and 6P are now 2 generations old.. I have the P2XL and the Nexus 6P Just for reference.
I've done some absolutely amazing photos with the 5X. Just took 3000 pics in Japan. But the Pixel 2 is a totally different level
