It's not 'crazy' it is called The Greater Idaho Movement which has been a hot topic for quite a while now to include Northern California and Southeast Oregon as part of Idaho. I'm guessing you are not an Idaho resident if this topic is foreign to you but you are looking to make money off people looking to buy. Do you know Dave Edwards, Sam Martin? If the answer is no, then you dont even live in Idaho
Moved to Glendale AZ from Twin falls ID 20 years ago. I am finally moving back in May. Phoenix used to be a affordable city but not anymore to many Californians here now. Also I am over the heat here hate it with a passion now. Idaho wins hands down. I will miss all the concerts though.
My Brother and I left California last year. I came to Idaho, he to Arizona. The number 1 reason I would not move to Arizona; because my brother lives there. Btw, We should be breaking ground for our new home build in just a few weeks! Thanks again for recommending Chet, he’s been great!
I think south Idaho wins summer and winter. Four seasons are so important and great for kids. Let’s not forget that AZ is in an intense drought compared to the Boise area. I strongly believe that people will eventually have to migrate from AZ to areas where water is more abundant. Living in the Phoenix area, we look forward to moving out of here. Kids are miserable during the summer which really runs from April-first week of November. April in PHX is a nice normal summer elsewhere. I’ll take a week or two of 100 degree weather in Boise over months of it. At the very least, you get relief in the evening unlike here. Great video and we can’t wait! Question! What would you say is the best month to make the move? We plan to rent for a year while we get to know the areas more.
@@BoiseRealEstate from AZ 👉🏻 ID with weather and all. It’s easy to move from AZ any time of year but not sure about moving during the winter months. I ask because our lease ends in January.

I want to move to Idaho!!! We would be a great addition to the community there as we're are kind and generous as well as do not like a lot.of government overreach. Pray for us to reach it there!!! I pray in Jesus name.
Idaho. It's slightly cheaper for heating throughout than the cooling in AZ. Also price in the last month in AZ for electric has gone up due to drought. It will be getting worse.
For me I pick Idaho as a better overall choice from AZ. I've spent considerable time in Arizona throughout the years. Arizona is a nice state overall, but for me it is too Hot in the Summer, too much crime, and recently the government is moving toward a blue state. My breakdown for Idaho over Arizona goes like this. Taxes are a was between the two states, although I think Idaho wins out slightly with less regulation a petty taxation. Cost of Living is a huge factor with AZ coming at 6.2% higher than Idaho. That 6.2% is for all intense and purposes an additional tax on the people. 6.2% is a load of cash at the end of the year when it comes to our living needs. Idaho is by far a much better recreational state in all seasons; not tom mention Idaho is near eastern Oregon and Montana and Wyoming. All which are beautiful places to fish, hunt, camp, hike, boat, and snow sports. Idaho also has a smaller population thus less traffic and riff raff. Idaho is not a border state to Mexico, enough said there. Idaho is much more conservative interns of values, faith, and government. Arizona may have pro sports but really which one of those teams in any pro league have had any success lately, with the exception of the Cardinals maybe. I've lived in California for most of my life and what I find is pro sports are no longer really affordable for the average working family. Maybe with the exception of Professional Baseball. My experience are that other pro sports are a once a year visit for a family. Anyway thanks Brian for a great video. Very thought provoking and helpful.
My family and I fled CA, the politics got intolerable... we moved to AZ now just a few years later, AZ is quickly falling down that same path.... so, that's it.... Idaho here we come. and the best part.... I'm just going to tell everyone were moving from AZ... no need to try to explain what hell it is being born in a state as absolutely absurd as CA.... LOL

Arizonan moving to Boise. This was a pretty good comparison. Thanks for the info. Makes me even more excited!
Oh, and love your sign in the background “home is where the blue turf is”! Love Boise State!

Arizona does not enjoy the same conservative values as Idaho, you should consider correcting that line.
