This man and his jug band had a massive influence on my Purple Gang. Was proud to meet Geoff Mulduar several years ago at Joe Boyd`s book launch in London .
I first heard John Hurt play this in 1966, about the same time I met Jim and the Jug Band. All of them are unforgettable, and Fiona does the song justice as Maria does. My goal is to be able to play this forever. I need practice!
Very beautifully done. A salute to Mississippi John Hurt. Love it.

Jim Qweskin sparked my love of music with "Jug Band Music" back in high school. Forever in his debt.

THIS sister is so reminiscent of Maria Muldauer that I am fascinated and mesmerized by her voice. We are all blessed.

Hello Maria M!
This young lady can really sing. She is far better than the famous singers.
Never before noticed the line “My perky red bloomers, they got a rumble seat” LOL Now just what is that saying?
Shades of the Jug Band!!!!!
Coincidence? Naw. Great good fortune.
What's better tan that?
Maria Mulrdar
