Nope thats easy u need to select New and add A hard disk from hard disks tab after that you have to open CD-ROM and put .ISO file in cdrom (cdrom is on removables tab) after u have to start and download operating system and ur system going to downloaded to the disk and u can share that disk and this disk file is .qcow2 file.

just cause you have 8gb of ram doesnt mean you can allocate all of it, android needs some, the app needs some then the emulator needs some, your device even when not running anything extra can only allow you to allocate at most 4gb of it and usually less
