When you are in the final floor of the tower, there was a funny moment when you were looking up to avoid the enemy’s detection, and on of the npcs says “somethings up”. You then looked higher as if something was up.😂

This means it's allowed to use an imported save file to reach the end of the game as fast as possible. Glitches are allowed in this category and they don't count as cheating. This includes height abuse which is the main thing that gets exploited to speed up the game and it doesn't even save that much time. I believe @nuttyAK2taps did a run without it in under an hour, but he chose not to submit his run since it was on an old patch of the game.
It's called height abuse and is used in VR speedrunning. A combination of headset setting adjustments combined with in game settings allows the player to climb on objects that are normally out of reach, this skipping entire sections of the game
To start, you should have enabled developer settings. There are guides online to do this. Next you need to set your floor level as low as possible while having your head on the ground. Next, open the headset settings and disable guardian in developer settings, then enable height adjust in comfort settings. Finally, go to the game settings and enable player height. This allows you to pull yourself up high ledges to save time.

Did you know that there is a secret room in the tower? Before the first climb there is a door that is forced shut. Explode it with any bomb to enter.

Yeah, we're out there! I've ran dozens of VR games and there's other VR runners but it's still pretty niche

Without this amount of height some grabs aren't possible so this saves some time in the run
