I've been binge watching this series after playing the game myself and I always find myself wondering how this guy doesn't have over 10,000,000 subs. He puts so much effort into these videos and is just genuinely entertaining.

@@JJMoseby it’s most fun with a chainsaw, 1 handed melee weapons or guns. Sadly the two handed melee weapons feel clunky, with the exception of the katana due to its versatility

It's not so much the Devs fault as it is Facebooks. because they wanted it to be rushed to be released on the Quest 2. It'll be fixed by the time it comes to PCVR, because I adored the first game, and I'm very excited to play this when it drops in February.
@@ecwfanatic22 I don't mean the glitches so much as just the overall way NPCs interact with you and the environment. It's laughable even when they are behaving like they were programed, you know. You can shoot one then run ten feet and duck and all of the sudden they can't find you.
I don't even think this game is worth the price tbh. With how it preforms and what they added, it should've been DLC. I would've been fine paying like 15 to 20 at most but god danm does it run like like garbage. It's just shitty that you gotta drop nearly 100 bucks to get the full experience and even with the bundle that gives you both games at once, it's still full price. Just feels like a shameless cash grab.

As for the amount of content it possesses, I will agree that it does feel a bit like DLC, as they’ve added 2, maybe 3 new areas to the game, 1 new enemy type(the armored ones, they may be others but I can’t recall) and a boss battle with the Axeman. I still think Facebook/Meta had the Devs rush this out for the holiday season for a quick buck, and that the actual PCVR release will be far better. That’s what I’m hoping for anyways.
That whole part seems glitched, or something. How the MC just starts talking out of nowhere, and how the Echo and the other girl just stand there. Feels like this game takes several steps back in terms of quality, but that was the worst I've seen yet.

@@znights8479 I can confirm, the first time I played they instantly got everyone but echo, but I restarted thinking I could save them, I was able to keep all but Sable alive because she gets insta snipered from nowhere before enemies even spawn, and then the enemies targeted the other two immediately instead of me but I was able to kill them quick enough to save the two. So I'm pretty sure they're all supposed to die.

Even if you spare them they will leave town for some reason it's probably for dev to need not worry about story discrepancy between new chapters should they release new ones. Though i think that if they do make chapter 3, it'll probably be a new town than new orleans

Mama was a pretty mysterious character and I like that but I would like it if in this new game u would find her dead and then there would be a 3rd game and u would have a big boss battle with who killed her I mean thats just what I wanted to happen.
Wolf in the first game theres a mode you can access in the menu called the trial. Its basically hordes of walkers that get stronger after each round, you can upgrade your weapons and stuff to see how long you can survive. Edit: im not sure if old town is a map though.

Barnes and Echo died on my playthrough, there were so many Tower guys they slaughtered them, which sucked cause I liked Echo. Also it’s the Venetian not Ceaser’s palace, I’m from Vegas.
I just reached "calm before the storm." I was honestly thinking that I would get ambushed at the resting place when I read the journal and it said "prepare yourself" man... I was all stocked up on guns, 4th and pain hatchets, explosives, food, healing items- you name it, I had it. Sat there for 10 minutes and I got pissed off so I looked up another video on what to do. Sucks that those 3 people you meet in the reserve all died. (at least when I did it). Shit, let me tell you- I.went.on. a. FUCKING. *RAMPAGE.* Due to the fact that I was getting shot at by shotguns and assault rifles at point blank range (along with about a dozen guys armed with 9mm pistols and 30 cal revolvers). I lost track after killing 20 people from the tower. I was blowing people up with the grenade launcher, blasting them with the elephant gun (safari rifle), capping them in the face with 2 of my own 9mm, hell- I even killed 6 of them with a chainsaw as I didn't have time to reload. It was just as bad as the first time I went to old Town with bells ringing... AT NIGHT. It was fun... but I never truly want to do that shit ever again.
You are going to need that rocket launcher a lot when going through the tower when it's time for you to start climbing the tower building use the rocket launcher on the first door to your left to open it
I am really trying to complete the network trade missions before the main campaign ends but one location is asking for three kind of mushrooms and it seems there is only the oyster one available out there, and the exiles in Via Coralla fled with the bells when I finally got their stuff🤷...😩
When you start climbing the tower walls you will run into a pipe to climb climb down the pipe first to collect more ammo then climb up the pipe When You Reach Mama's plank walk alongside the rails it should let you glitch walk across underneath the plank to the other side
love playing this game its really fun also if you go into the grey parking garage Not the yellow one the grey one you can find the improved double barrel shotgun

You have to use zombie guts in Old Town and Via Corona when the skulls are on the map the only way you can get through
You would think the tower would know to leave the tourist alone after, Nora and all the tower personnel didn't come back from that scavenging run.
If the devs could get the NPCs mechanics to actually behave right this game would definitely be unmatched.

From what I hear, they're supposed to make it out, but don't interact with you further. The game just screwed up.

I was overall disappointed with the lack of scavenging, in this playthrough. I enjoy it, myself. At least, when he's not goofing around way too much.
