Please Google products to find them at a store near you:
Spandex for shirt & diamonds - 2 yards (i only needed so much because I was limited to cut on the stripes) with a normal fabric only 1/2 yard of each should be fine.
Double knit for pants, hood, glove & arm band - 1 yard of each color
Faux Leather - 1/2 yard
Elastic - enough to go around your waist
Spandex for collar - 1/3 yard
Bells - Michael's
Worbla

Craft foam will mold similarly with heat and will work in place of the Worbla for this tutorial, but the Worbla will definitely give you a better molded, and sturdier build.

I got a Harley Onsie from Spencers and it has the jester hood with mask all attached to it, so I'm thinking for one of my conventions just to put slippers on and just go as pajama time harley, because I'm lazy.

hey I would like to say that you do amazing work and I was thinking it would be really cool to see you make your own version of Harley's outfit
for the hat I stuffed the hat with cotton and patched it so the cotton wouldn't get out instead of filling them with hair

When you go to conventions, do you usually act as the character you are cosplaying as (aka Harley Quinn), or do you prefer to just be yourself? If you do act like her, do you have a tip or two on how to talk or be like her? Thanks! :)
+Nicole N I usually act like myself for the majority of the time in I'm costume. But if I see a joker illsay 'hi Mr j' or scream 'puddin!' At him. And I love to photobomb Batman's when I'm Harley. If you need tips in acting like a character just study the TV show it movie and memorize a few lines. That what I do.

I'm wondering, aren't you scared when pinning fabric so close to your skin or on skin? I recently accidentally got a 2 inch pin up needle rammed into my foot and have been afraid to use them so close to my skin so pinning clothes while they're on me is like a mini nightmare to me

What did you do for shoes? I'm doing an assault on Arkam Harley for Otakon (that's literally 3 days away.....this costume was a last minute thing) and I was thinking of just doing regular combat boots
That's exactly what I wore
I plan on using a pair of black shiny doc martins for a fast fix but in future I plan on buy-in a pair of cheap combat boots and applying buckles and straps as needed

Absolutely no problems. :) i had it apart as i walked up to weapons check, explained what it was then put it into the hammer in front of them.

I came here just for the hood and it's the part you forgot.
I would suggest Not to bring that Hammer to a convention. that brings a very High risk Not to be able to get in the convention, but to end up in a prison for at least a night....
Lol. Seriously? No. I had a blast with this at the con. I went through weapon check like all the other people with giant guns, wow hammers, and real swords. Even passed by cops on the street. It's a con. Everybody knows that. And it was a huge it!
+Axceleration Cosplay but I think at the moment in europe espacially in france and germany (I think in some more countries aswell but I can´t tell since I'm from germany) you shouldn't because of the terror attacs in france. They even canceled a soccer game in germany because (I think) there was a bag found so they got scared but I don't remember it completely :)
PS: I really love your cosplays, your videos and everything about you! I hope your lilltle bird is doing fine! I want to make a harley cosplay too and I wanted to make an own version of her and It would be very helpfull if you could upload your pattern for the new hat :) have a nice day!!! :D
+Mein Leben Meine Regeln i understand your concern and the attacks around the world shouldn't be taken lightly. But if attendees are allowed to bring in REAL samurai swords then my foam and shampoo bottle bomb should be the least of their concerns. And i will continue on as i please until they change the weapon policy for everyone. And no doubt things will change around the world regarding safety policy a and pro rivals, just as they did after 9/11.
+Axceleration Cosplay yes I understand you're argumentation I just wanted to explain the difficulties and I didn't want to say anything bad about you or your work! You did a great job! :)
+Axceleration Cosplay and in Germany Are different rules about weapons like you wouldn't even be able to carry to big or sharp props with you on some cons here! And I think anyone would know it isn't dangerouse at all because as you said it's just made of foam but if you drive by Train or bus and someone who doesn't know about the con would see it they might get scared but Even if the police would want to check it they would realize that it's not heavy enough to be a actual time bomb. I also don't think that they're going to change anything about the rules for cosplay at conventions just because of these attacs. :)

Yael Avneri Santamarin Give a little more credit where credit is due. The collar and hood pieces are not half a costume. Plus, as i mentioned in this video i have seperate videos dedicated to making a Harley collar as well as a Harley hood.
