I really love the Joker Harley tutorial. WHY SO SERIOUS!!!!
If it were my Batman OC Tyla, the makeup would go like this:
1. Apply blue eye contacts (preferably sapphire blue)
2. Cover face in lightest foundation you have and set with translucent powder
3. Apply dark purple eyeshadow to outer eyelids, and black eyeshadow in the centre of eyelids; blend both colours together
4. Add black liquid eyeliner in a cat eye to top lash lines and an eyeliner pencil to lower lash lines
5. Apply some purple-grey lipstick to lips
6. Finish off with a casual Goth outfit and a long black wig; style wig to cover your left eye
