- It's always a sad time when a supercar retires for greener pastures. It's particularly sad when said supercar had a screaming, naturally aspirated V10 engine. 2023 marks the final year of production for the Audi R8. This car will not return as we remember it today. In this video, we take a look back at the story of the Audi R8 and how it began its life.

I have a V8 manual from 2007, and people that don't know about the car still think it's brand new. This car aged so incredibly well.

Long live the R8 and the screaming V10! They are an endangered species and I'm glad I own one that I will never sell.

I have three V10 R8s: 2014 6MT Spyder, 2022 V10 Performance Spyder and a 2023 GT. They are all amazing. I am going to never sell at least 2 of them.
