Also, the combos are becoming one of my favorite parts. It’s addicting trying to learn moves match after match. In a few months I hopefully will be pulling them off without pausing the screen too much 😂
Yea playing as strikers is a blast because they have alot of unique combos.

It's about time that a WWE game arrived. Ever since the game was released, I can't stop thinking about it. Sure there's glitches and some problems but for the most part, I feel it's a step in the right direction for the 2K series. What did you think of WWE 2K22?
It's decent enough. The gameplay has many errors that can hopefully be fixed.
I'm satisfied for the most part.

i was lied to ab 2k22 being amazing i need the truth is this game worth it. are the caws good w good entrances cuz i won’t upgrade unless i can get caws w actually good entrances.
@@timoleary2739 no 2k19 is much better only thing 2k22 does good is graphics and u can add up to 14 matches on ppv and more matches on major shows like raw or smackdown
@@timoleary2739 2k19 was leagues better. It got delisted and the CC are no longer supported though so the only current gen wrestling game available for wwe is 22.

2K22 is pretty good but I believe 2K23 could end up being their best effort to date if they simply add more legends and they do something with the midcard scene. The rest of the game can be by very similar to 2K22.
And if they fix the whole submission system it’s kinda trash in 2k22

Well...after a good 50 hours of this game besides the crashing randomly and a few bugs, ngl this shit hit different. Its low key worth it...imo

Wether you liked the game or not the game definitely hits different. I love how 2k were bold enough to completely change the game engine, something they have never tried before and so far, it has paid off.
Yeah I mean the legend difficulty really feels difficult most legends got personalized mini trons and the entrances woahh

Yep they hit different I'm playing it right now the combos are something you got to get used to but so far so good I think playing the SHOWCASE give u a better idea of how to use the controls

I would say yes it does hit different. The arcade like gameplay is taking time for me to get used but thanks to a video on the sliders to make it more simulation style, if you're wondering how watch it search up Projaked WWE2K22 sliders. But So far it improves over 2K20. I'm glad the bar kick out meter is back cause I would've been awful at kicking out if it was mash to kickout. I would say the meter kickout is a bit easier since I did Garza vs Big E, Garza took like 2 Big Endings before the 3rd and kickout at one at the 3rd. In general I'd give it a 9

Gm mode isn’t all great but tolerable, MyRise is very good however I find that it might drag for some and may not for others.
The voice acting is awful
My rise is not terrible by any means but I feel like it just gets repetitive and doesn’t really have a true storyline. Just a bunch of random matches with player upgrades being thrown at you. I honestly just want them to bring back Road to wrestlemania

It surely hit me different. I thought they weren't gonna surpass 2K19 but dammit they did. Hearing a lot of great things about the PC version as well. Good on 2K for finally getting it straight

@@Gojo_stan7 2K19 has better controls, a better roster, more realistic character models, running Irish whips, instant grapple moves, squash matches, promos in universe mode, advanced entrances, chair actions, double stacked tables... I could just go on and on.
2k19 is more of a true wrestling game but 2k22 is way more fun

The roster isn't that bad when you consider community creations are now cross platform. Squash matches??? Chair actions??? How does that make a game better. Even though you can't stack tables, extreme rules matches are way more fun in 2k22. Only thing I agree with is no advanced creations and promos in universe mode
It basically a almost hybrid version of the arcade style of the original smackdown series.
Game is so fire I’ve been playing elimination chamber with my friends and being the first one fighting to winning it all is hella satisfying

With a couple patches this game can become the best they've ever done. Some bugs currently are ruining my experience like random crashes for example, not being able to use custom arenas cause the game will auto crash... i had to delete my save file cause the deletion utility was also bugging and didn't let me delete custom images i had downloaded. I hope they can fix this and not just focus on the my faction stuff
The showcase im like dang… they didn’t put Rey vs Psychosis in ECW? His summer slam match with Kurt?. His match at Wrestlemania 22? The summer slam match with Eddie. His match with Orton. His match with Gran Metalik was included tho I’m like what?
The fact 2k took two years to release a new one to make sure it holds up because 2k20 bugs and it's actually good and gives you older wwe game vibes its a big W love this game
definitely hits different whether you're a fan or not I personally love it the classes and combos really are great I love that it feels different to me playing as different characters which is something that hasn't happened in a while
I feel this is the best WWE game in almost over a decade, a lot of people who aren’t even into wrestling are playing this game and are enjoying it. I feel like that says enough.

The game reminds me of smackdown vs raw 2009 when you leave the ring the camera follows you, obviously it wasnt that good but i managed to work it out and that's almost what we got in 2k22 👍
Can you entrances for regular matches or just championship matches
You can download alexa bliss and Dominik from the online creations and they come with their moveset and entrances
Playing as Isiah swerve and Kofi Kingston is so fun. I'm so glad this game is good and I hope 2k retains the rights after this.
Playing with ricochet is fun too
The fact that on legend with the addition of no reversal limits tgis year it makes matches feel like matches and now you actually need to try to beat the cpu. You can't exploit mechanics and reversals are not easy to time.
There is a reversal limit there just isn't HUD for it

Gameplay is solid and I’ve had next to no crashes. Just fix the glitches and this game will be real good.

I’ve been enjoying 2k22 a lot lately, but see I’m a very casual wrestling fan, I loved it when I was a kid but I really haven’t watched or cared about wrestling in like 20 years.. I’ve gotten back into it a little because my 6 year old son likes it, so I bought the game so we can both play.. but as far as playing it by myself I actually miss the towers they had in 2k20, it was just an easy way to jump on and choose a wrestler and play through matches while feeling like ur progressing towards something.. universe gm mode and my rise isn’t really for me, so yeah there’s really nothing for me to do as a single player in 2k22
My only complaint is their Universe Mode is bugged asf especially the rivalry aspect since during those cutscreens the entering superstar doesn't show then the match starts glitched with only one superstar no rival in sight if that gets fixed I'll love it otherwise it's a next level wrestling game controls, graphics, and feel

The game is great. I just bought an Xbox one and this game a couple weeks ago after not gaming in like 5 years. I just wish I had more time to play it and learn it tbh.
Certainly a step up from 2k20, a game I played once and was like no lol.
While I do enjoy it, it feels like it’s downgraded a bit. From match types, custom entrances even the controls.
But it’s still fun to an extent.
Best game 2k has made since the ps3 console generation the only complaints is a there a bug where the guy will sometimes float if he is climbing up the laddrr for like a super splash and the game crashes when i went to try and download a custom show

Everything is ok but the custom entrance sucks so much im not even bothering to make a character this year and there is no reply after match
The reversal limit was not removed tf 😂 they just didn't give us HUD for it this time around to make it more of a challenge. You gotta remember how many you have at all times.

I haven’t played the game but i watched alot of gameplay and one thing i noticed is the wrestlers get up way too fast after a move i was watching adin ross play the game and him or his opponent would literally get up in 5 seconds after taking an attitude adjustment off a ladder into a table . And i don’t know if this is like one of adins specialties on his wrestler but sometimes he would literally get up instantly doing a kick up.
I know what you mean I watched troydan play as stone cold Steve Austin against a guy who was cena and troydan hit the guy with a stunner and the guy got up before troydan, some kind of roll that made him get up real fast.

Yeah it did and it feels good except gm isn't the best in my opinion. Still a good game that it's surprisingly better than expected. They also fixed the hell in the cell falling animation to straight up annihilation 😂

There's a lot of improvements, but still a lot of steps backwards, and if their claim is that this game isn't going to be a buggy mess like 2k20... Well I'm certainly encountering a lot of glitches within only a couple days of owning this game
I'm definitely going to play it, definitely going to put some serious hours into it even, but I see myself hopping back to 2k19 a lot as well
I really hate this new control scheme. Performing a soft grapple to then try and open up a bunch of different move options is just adding an extra step to stuff you could already do with a one button press

Yeah kick outs are way easier. Although after a certain amount of finishers it becomes impossible to kick out in time, you could’ve At least kicked out if you were lucky enough in 2k19.
