Can this module be used for the sim800l module? According to the required amperage of SIM800l, is this possible?
Hi can I use this in conjunction with a TP4056 module? I want to have a single 18650 inside my enclosure able to deliver 12v 0.3A to a motor, and then at the same time be able to charge the 18650 by opening the enclosure lid and plugging 5v power to the USB C port, is it possible? I know the video recommends not to discharge while charging, is there any other reason why they won't work together?
If the current required by the motor is 0.3 ampere, it can be used without any problem. But you have to manage the heat with time of use. It is not good to charge the 18650 battery with tp4056 when taking the load. Because the safety features don't work properly when charging like that. It would be good if the charging time could be reduced while carrying the load.
Because 3.7 volts increases to 12 volts, the boost module can overheat. If so, use a heatsink
Sounds perfect to me, just worry about removing the connection on A B pads. I have bad memories of trying to connect the external antenna on ESP32-cam board and making a mess of it!
Yes, those pads are very small and using too much heat will remove all the pads from the pcb. You can use some jumper wires to make connections from A to B at your convenience. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing your experience 👍

Is it safe to connect these modules in parallel to have more ampere output at 12v? And where do we need to put heatsink?
Paralleling more modules is not recommended. If more amperage is required, use a different boost module. Install a heatsink on the underside of the module close to the coil

It is decided according to your needs. The XL 6009 module is good as a buck boost conveter. Or buy a 400W stepup module and you can adjust both constant current and constant voltage with 400W module
