You can easily make these delicious pastries (borek) on @deliciouskitchen11 UA-cam channel.     • 8 cups of flour
    • 1 cup measures 200 ml.
    • make a well in the middle of the flour
    • 3 cups of water
    • 1/2 (half) teaspoon of yeast
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • mix
    • start kneading the dough
    • cover the dogh
    • let the dough rest for 20 minutes
    • Mix 8 eggs
    • Melt 50 grams of butter or margarine in a pan.
    • cook the eggs in the pan
    • put the cooked eggs in a bowl
    • and cut into small pieces
    • 2 chopped onions
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 (half) teaspoon black pepper
    • mix
    • 20 minutes later
    • put the dough on the mat
    • and shape by folding
    • divide the dough into 24 equal parts
    • Make 24 dough balls
    • cover the dough balls
    • let the dough balls rest for 10 minutes
    • 10 minutes later
    • roll out the dough balls with a rolling pin (25 cm. in diameter)
    • set the rolled out doughs aside
    • 200 grams of melted butter or margarine
    • apply oil on the dough
    • put the second dough on the first dough
    • apply oil on the second dough
    • put the third dough on the second dough
    • apply oil on the third dough
    • press the edges of the dough with your fingers
    • set the rolled oily three doughs aside
    • Put the other dough on top of each other
    • by applying oil in the same way as in the video.
    • Make eight pieces of oily dough
    • Take the first oily dough
    • and enlarge the dough by rolling it out by hand as in the video
    • put the second oiled dough on it
    • Roll out the dough with your hand to the size of a tray.
    • Roll out 4 pieces of oiled dough by hand
    • and place them on top of each other as shown in the video.
    • Press the edge of the dough with your fingers
    • Arrange the pastry dough on a tray covered with baking paper
    • put the filling material on the dough
    • Put the remaining 4 oiled dough on top of each other in the same way
    • Put the prepared dough on the tray
    • Press the edges of the dough with your fingers
    • Press the edges of the dough with a fork
    • and cut it into eight pieces as in the video
    • You can shape the dough with a razor
    • Spread the remaining oil on the pastry dough
    • 2 egg yolks
    • Spread the egg yolk on the pastry dough
    • bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees/390 F in a controlled manner
    • Let the pastries rest for 10 minutes before serving
