Hello... I am new to your channel... being watching all those beautiful garnishes... but ... is there away to make them more healthy or some beautiful option that doesn't require frying or too much oil? (Acrilamides, cholesterol problems, just against fats if there are not health issues)... May you please show us some beautifuland "light" options?

Hi there! They can be deep fried on a pan. After you dry them with paper towel just fry on a pan until crispy. Sprinkle with the herbs and salt after frying. Thank you so much!
